Should of read these reviews, they are very consistent.. I was on a golfing trip this weekend and decided to go in and get some new clothes and hat. Grabbed a few things and went into the fitting room. Long story short my sunglasses were on top of my head and must have fallen off when I tried on a shirt. I walked around the store for about 10 to 15 min paid for the merchandise and was ready to leave when I realized I had dropped my glasses. Went back to the fitting room and they were gone! My buddies told me a guy went into the fitting room after me . The employees called him but he said "I walked out with what I walked in " I told the employee to please check the security cameras . He said he couldnt. Judging by the rest of the reviews these guys seem shady. Stay Away!

I just left this place none too happy. Im guessing it was because Im a woman, and they had an all male staff, and I was pushing my daughter in a stroller, but I was never greeted or asked if I needed help. When I stood at the counter for help they didnt even look up from the computer or say "Ill be with you in a moment" or "after this customer". Well, I was planning on buying a bag for my husbands birthday. I walked out and plan to spend my few hundred dollars somewhere else! By the way, the guy from Dicks Sporting Goods was very nice, helpful and greeted me right away. ...and I think I got a better deal than the bag I had seen at EWG anyway. Shop around!

Pricing can sometimes run on the pricier side, but in this store, "you get what you pay for" is a true statement. The staff is extremely knowledgeable, and never makes you feel like they have another customer to spend more time with than you. Selection is great, and these folks really HELP you. I have been to several local "worlds of golf" where rudeness comes with lower prices. I am willing to pay a little more for the FANTASTIC service and experience at the Palm Harbor Edwin Watts store.

Excellent customer service!! I had received a golf shirt for Christmas and when I needed another size they found it for me in their Houston store and had it sent here. Not many stores would have gone the extra mile to be so helpful. The staff is efficient, friendly and very helpful. 5 Stars definitely!!

This Edwin Watts store had some great employees but the manager was very rude and raised his voice to me while negotiating trade-ins (maybe a scare tactic). I felt very uncomfortable and would much rather drive across town to Golfsmith, which has much more clear trade-in policies and friendlier staff.
