Terrible service. I called three times to get a quote for a custom shadowbox. Each time I was left on hold for more than ten minutes without anyone returning to help me. The last time I called I just left it on speaker and someone finally returned to say, "have you been helped yet?" I told her no and that I needed a quote. She tried to talk me out of it saying wed need the exact measurements to give you an accurate quote. I told her that I had all of the exact measurements. Then she says "oh, well wed need to know what matting you would want too." I said I already know all of that. I just need a quote! She puts me on hold again, never to return again.

Honestly, one of the worst Michaels Ive ever been to. One day theyll allow you to use more than one coupon and the next they wont. Its hard to find an employee to help you, most of the time, and when you do find someone they usually arent much help. Store has a tendency to be in disarray. I prefer to go out of my way and go to Waterford Lakes than go here.

Go to Walmart instead, same plastic doodads for half the price. Awful experience trying to return $30 of unused/unopened brushes and kits. Had to pull teeth to get a refund on my credit card. Save yourself from this hassle, shop anywhere else.
