I have gone into this location with a small idea and walk out excited with new ideas for the next trip. The employees help as much as they can and even give great suggestions to step up the project you are working on! My daughter always finds something to create for her room and I always find decor for the house that allow me to personalize it to match my current decor! I could go on and on about this store! Never disappointed when I visit!

I dont feel right posting 5 stars because I ran in, grabbed what I needed, and ran out. They didnt have exactly what I wanted, because apparently no one makes it (not unusual for me). Regardless, the stock was good, associates were available and asked if I needed help, and checkout was fast and correct. Thats what I want in a Michaels or any atore.

Dont use for custom framing. Extremely overpriced. (Even considering their phantom 50% off sales) Get it done faster, cheaper, & nicer from a local shop. Turnaround time is very long and employees dont make honest effort to contact when completed. Also, their phone system was non-functional & disconnected when trying to pick up order.

Brittany was VERY helpful, VERY knowledgeable VERY nice ! We needed some specific containers and she stayed with us and did not give up till she found what my daughter needed. We were just at this store for some containers for my daughters lesson she is going to do in the preschool class she is in. Thank You Brittany !!!

Long slow lines. Associates are required to push rewards program which is fine so long as its slow or steady. However, when its rush hour and youre 5-7 customers deep with one register, rewards programs can wait in favor of a positive customer experience (including a fast checkout experience.)

I like how many different items are in stock/available. Store is a little crowded feeling even when there are not a lot of people. Staff is friendly but it always takes a long time to check out and buy your purchases.
