This use to be a great store (store# 4742). The Michaels off of Orlando and Lee rd in Winter Park, are the worst! Rude, rude, rude! I spoke to the manager about it, now I know where they get their attitude problem from. There are no bad students, just bad teachers. Sam Flaxx and Hobby Lobby just got my business.

Fine location, lots of things on hand - but the store is a bit overwhelmingly empty and sometimes it can be difficult to navigate, and done what youre looking for. On my last visit I only needed a drawstring clasp but no luck. The time before I needed kids paint and they have a huge selection.

I love michaels but this store is always out of stock, no one knows when a shipment is coming and its been weeks since they refilled the glitter selection. Hopefully they hear the complaints now. The staff is friendly and knowledgable, its not their fault...

I love going into Michaels during seasonal sales. The staff is always friendly and the wait time is short. Every item is easily accessible and there is wide variety of many assortments to choose from. Its a go- to for any crafty artists or diy fun.

They helped me get some items framed for my home. They were helpful and very patient with me. The end results we almost perfect (a nail went through the frame on one picture) and they looked beautiful.
