First I have shopped at Michaels for decades and never had a problem ever! Unfortunately, I went to Michaels to return something & was treated appallingly. I dont remember ever returning anything. So I wasnt sure where to go. I went up to the cashier that wasnt helping anyone, but chit chatting with another employee. I said, "do you make returns here?" several times while they both ignored me. Then when someone got in line, they finally answered that I would have to walk around the store and get in line to make a return! WOW! So when the "lady" had finished waiting on the other person, she still wouldnt call me to her register. Another cashier called me and the moment I walked up, the "lady" calls for someone behind me. I can completely understand if I had tried to jump in front of other shoppers, but no one was in line. Michaels needs to make sure their employees arent enforcing rules like crazy hall monitors. I think, I suddenly prefer their competitor.

Great Experience! I am a local business owner and I was looking for some basic frames to showcase some posters in my showroom. I called the store and they connected my with the framing department. Mark answerd the phone and I told him exactly what I needed and he told me they had the perfect frames that were the exact size I needed. He then stopped what he was doing, checked the stock, and told me they had plenty and they were also onsale for 40% off! I went to the store later that night and Mark took me right to the poster frames. Thank you so much for making it a quick and money saving trip!

I have tried to contact Frames department for about eight times with no result. The customer service is terrible. They answer the phone , they say they are transferring the call, no sound, no signal, no nothing, after several attempts somebody answer and said they will contact me later. That never happened. The frames are not ready yet after 15 days. Bad, bad service.

Sandie in the Custom Framing shop is excellent. She took the time to go through my order and make an excellent presentation for my custom framing. She also took the time to get some coloring sheets and crayons for my kids to give them something to do while we processed the custom framing. She provided excellent customer service.

I went in for 100% silicone for a project Im working on and got told to; "check aisle 49!" After 5 mins of staring up at signs I found the aisle and the didnt even escort me or try to help me. This store needs better employees. I think maybe its because Im black? That I got the cold shoulder.

This store always looks in disarray, I can never find an employee if I need help finding something. I have determined the only way I can afford to shop there is when coupons are available.....and, even then it is sometimes too expensive.

Have been here a few times. Large store with a really good selection. Any time I have asked for assistance the staff have been helpful. There is always a wait to check out as they never seem to have enough check out staff.

Asked the one employee in the whole store where something might be and if their were any similar products, didnt know anything and acted entitled, terrible store, rude staff Go to hobby lobby instead!!! Much better there

Lots of sales items, large variety of decorations, Valentines, Easter, fall, etc. Gracious n highly pleasant workers. Most stuff purchased on sale. Other items are too expensive that were not on l, aittlr expensive

I literally waited in line for 25 minutes there were 18 people in line ( I counted ) and had two registers open, the employees were in no rush and when called to the register no one came. No exaggeration either.

One of the better Michaels. Good selection, clean. Toilets are impressive, which is hilarious and worthwhile. Customer service is pleasant.
