Came here several months ago and ordered two custom fabrics, one was 27 yards and the other 45 yards with other materials that totaled over $3000. I was helped by a woman who was very unfriendly and borderline rude. I almost didnt even place the order because of her, but I needed the material for window coverings. After several weeks, I called to see if anything had come in yet and one order had, but I never received a phone call from them letting me know that part of my special order was in. Same thing happened with the other fabric, even though they swear they spoke to somebody at my house. Overall, poor selection, long wait times and unprofessional staff. I can see why so many other people mention theyd rather go to hobby lobby in their complaints about the store. Will definitely not be a returning customer.

I was extremely disappointed by my visit. Their craft department is very poorly stocked. The store was 80% fabric/sewing. Many of the items on sale in their weekly circular are not sold at this store. What few items they did have were disorganized and damaged. The manager actually said that they clearanced out most of the major craft lines and would not be restocking them. Crafters, save your time and shop at Hobby Lobby. I left frustrated and will not be returning.

This location needs some work. The service by the fabrics was really nice. I worked with a very helpful young woman who answered my silly questions without making me feel silly for asking them. The help at the register however, needed some work. It took a very long time to be checked out and I was asked some personal questions that really werent appropriate for the workplace.

Jo-Anns does the job, but doesnt have nearly as large of a selection as the nearby Michaels and Hobby Lobby. They do offer a 15% student discount. Ive never had a bad experience here per say. The employees have always been friendly. Theres just nothing about this Jo-Anns that would lead me to select it over the other craft stores in the area.

Made a special to trip to Jo-Anns to purchase a new Olfa cutting mat. The cashier would not accept any of my coupons, even though this item was not excluded! I drove my hour home without the cutting mat. I wrote to customer service and they never even bothered to send a "canned" reply. Guess they really dont care about their customers!

Craft store that is always very clean and well stocked. Its located right next to a Marshalls. The employees are very professional and kind. Employees are always open to helping you find things and get ideas for crafting. The store also provides crafting sessions are designated days and times. Such a great store!

Very poor service. I bought 1/2 yard cuts and was recorded at one yard. When I brought it up at the counter, the cashiers fingernails were so long she couldnt type. I spent longer trying to check out than I did picking fabrics. I was STILL over charged! If you cant operate technology, dont try and use it!

Usually messy and customer service is more of a patrol. Feel like youre being watched and uncomfortable the whole time. If theyd ask me what i was looking for or smile, it might not feel so... awkward.

No urgency employees seem like they dont have a care in the world . If you see someone in front of you stop calling for a number of someone who walked away . Just frustrated
