Oh how HORRIBLE there customer service is and there all around business practices. This company sent a $500 shipment to the wrong address after I called and confirmed the address before shipment occurred. They destroyed any orders I had to get out and also charged me another $500 to place a second order for the same products they shipped to the wrong address. They wont even schedule a pickup at the wrong address so the products can be returned and my money refunded. They wont even offer propriety overnight shipping !!! They have some ABSOLTUTELY NOTHING to get better the situation. I will NEVER do business with them again and I hope no one has to go through what I went through. If I could only express the financial impact there causing in my life and all the stress, no one would think about doing business with them. BE AWARE THIS COMPANY HAS SO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND I HOPE THEY LOSE EVERY LAST CUSTOMER THEY HAVE

The worst customer service ever. Called the number on their website, one person only to help and was not able to help me at all. Tried other numbers and no answer. I have been trying to order from this company over a month and am not able to place a single order. It is like pulling teeth to actually spend my own money to buy from this company. Their greener life program is very complicated and not user friendly at all. I have never had such a bad experience ordering on line as with this company. On top of it all the customer service person was not able to help so she hung up the phone on me.

Ive ordered from Essential Depot before and the quality is great. I placed a new order and I just had to hop on here to say I am very impressed with how fast my order shipped. I placed my order Sunday late night. When I woke Monday morning I already had an email with the tracking information. My order shipped in less than 12 hours, even with the backlog of orders they probably had from over the weekend!

I love Essential Depot. They are always looking to have their products manufactured from Green and Sustainable methods. They care about the environment and providing the best products to the customers. I also appreciate that with a membership ($5 a month), I can get one FREE 5 lb. Shea Butter each and every month with a paid order. That in itself pays for the membership numerous times over!!!

Love this company! Cant say enough good about them. Ive used Essential Depot since I made my very first soap years ago, and love being one of their Greener Life Members. I highly recommend their lyes (NaOH and KOH) for the quality they offer, their Essential Oils, and the quality of their argan oil and natural shea butter is outstanding!

If youre not open to the public, dont tell people youre open to the public. I was told they were, so I drove down there only to find no open doors, no answer to the doorbell, and no answer on the phone. Very disappointed and upset over having my time wasted.

What a deal I got today on lye and I bought there red molds I ll let you know how they work, Join for $5 and get free Shea Butter and other fee itiems. You can tell they have quality essential oils, no more using a half of a bottle for one batch of soap!!
