My favorite store to go spend time roaming all the amazing crafting possibilities. It is not cheap or great on clearance so get their app for coupons or the Sunday paper. The store has fun classes for the kids to do or for the adult to play also. Check their monthly calendar in the craft room at the back of the store. I do have to add that there is excellent customer service along with very helpful management.

If you like crafts this is not a bad place to shop. It has a little of everything, such a jewelry supplies, art, and other things. However, I think is over price. There are coupons on the Sunday paper so take one with you. Also, visit the dollar store. You might find some supplies a bit cheaper than this store. Something else is that it stays busy so the lines are long. I heard is better early in the morning.

Julia!!! I cannot give enough praise for Julia. I had been to the eye doctor and had my eyes dilated. I couldnt see anything small or written. Julia read everything for me, helped me find what I needed and did it all with a smile. She helped me for probably 30 minutes! She was a breath of fresh air. One of the other employees would barely give me the time of day.

This store has very friendly people that work there. Was there Saturday after Black Friday. You can slightly tell the employees werw a little spent but still smiling more than I can say about some customers. Very cheerful and nice and believe when I say they were very very busy. Great place. Defiantly will be returning.

Wish they would let you use the multiples of 40% off coupons they give out. Will only allow 1 per visit. Im supposed to drive through city traffic to the next town 15 miles one way, to buy 1 item? I think not. JoAnns encourages you to use all the coupons you have when you visit--and accepts Michaels coupons.

The short fat manager is extremely rude to customers. Refused to adjust 80% off on Fall holiday decorations despite SEVERAL SIGNS stating that ALL HALLOWEEN AND FALL HOLIDAY DECORATIONS 80% OFF. Bad talked customers behind their backs to other customers loud enough to be overheard.

They always have good deals on things, staff is sometimes hard to find, and the parking lot is ridiculous (no one seems to understand what a compact car is and why their massive suv doesnt fit in those tiny spaces) but overall its the place to get crafts at

Everyday there is a sale and the attendants are more then helpful. I always have a coupon offer for something i need and they have every crafting tool you could imagine. I also like the kid classes the offer throughout the month!
