I love Publix and this has to be the most unorganized, chaotic location I have ever been to. Unfortunately, it is conveniently located next my office and I find myself optimistically hoping it has improved when I am forced to run in for last minute items. Last month, I placed an online sandwich order for a colleague and myself to save time and upon arrival, her sandwich was wrong. “Not a big deal” I said to a deli attendant as she began to correct this mistake and I crossed to the other side of the store to get a salad for another colleague. In the Produce area, the salads were over picked and the dressings looked like a tornado touched down. My assumption was that the dressing had not been restocked during the lunch rush and another customer, or two, had rummaged through the display to find what they needed (probably settling for a less desirable flavor). I had to cross departments to find someone to help me as I was looking for plain ranch, as requested by my associate. I return to the office, unwrap my Ultimate Sub and find it on the wrong bread and without any meat. “Wonderful! I have to spend more of the time that I don’t have.” I called the deli on my way to let them know I am returning and to please try to pull my order and start my sandwich to correct the mistake. Upon my arrival, I had to retell what had happened as the lady I spoke to was nowhere to be found. The deli rep I was repeating my situation to asked, “What would you like me to do?” I was astonished at the absurdity of her question. I told her, “I would like you to make my sandwich that I ordered. I’m hungry.” I love using the convenience of the online deli service but I will not make the mistake of using it at this store. It’s not rocket science because other locations get it right.

I shop at several Publix markets because the stores are clean and the employees treat customers well. They give you the impression that your business is appreciated. Publix stands out from other grocers and many other types of business in their consistent great service. Maybe Im being a little redundant, but seriously, I have shopped at 8-10 of these stores, over the past 20+ years, and I have never seen a rude person stocking shelves or running the cash register. Today I got the same level of service at the Southside Publix Pharmacy. It seemed time to leave a rating on Google and to say "thanks, Publix. PLEASE keep it up."

This is the only publix I go to. Its very clean and always well stocked. The bakery is amazing, I ordered two different birthday cakes from here and they were very attentive to what I wanted and made sure they were perfect. One of the ladies even helped me pick out what cake to order and when I came to pick it up she carried it to the front for me since my hands were full. Very friendly and helpful staff. The meat and produce department always look fresh and stocked, they have the best quality around. & the deli is amazing too! Ive had many publix subs and the one I got from this location was the best!

This publix is clean with a great staff. I get the Subs and salads from the deli and they are always good and the are friendly. I love this publix but it has the worst parking ever. Thats my thing Im not picky I want to see clean place, a gretting, and good parking and access. This place is horribly designed with too many cross walks. THE ENTIRE PLAZA IS HORRIBLE TO PULL IN OR PULL OUT. EXCUSE ME PUBLIX PLAZA IM GONNA LET YOU FINISH BUT BEYONCE WOULD DESIGN A.... LOL jk point blank everything great besides parking.

So this is our neighborhood store. Have been going here for 20+ years. Today, worst experience ever! Got to the checkout line and the cashier and bagger were much more involved in their own conversation and drama then to take time to greet and be friendly to us. Normally, I would shrug it off. But this is so not the norm at this store. Add insult to injury... She looked aggravated at me when she gave me the wrong change. VERY DISAPPOINTED. Publix... You need to fix this.

I love Publix....mostly because it is cleaner and more friendly then Walmart 99% of the time. Recently however I have been getting to the cashier and they have no bagger. Now that wouldnt be a problem if this was Walmart or if i didnt have much but when I shop we get a lot. Anyways its frustrating having to bag my own grocerys when there were pleny of employees around looking lost.

This Publix is always, always out of sale items. The management and customer service project an attitude of just being tired of customers. Im sorry they must have difficult shoppers, or whatever, but Id rather go to a Publix with a better attitude and better inventory. Only go here when I have to for large items not carried by the smaller stores.

Worst Publix ever! Always long lines at the deli and checkout, employees and managers that are disengaged from customers and busy stocking. They refuse to match competitors prices and are totally ok with you going elsewhere if you dont like it. I have a hard time believing this location is operated by the same Publix company I grew up with.

This is a great Publix and considering how much volume they get in business, this is a terrific feat. Management is on the ball. Checkout is a breeze and the facility is always clean. I do wish the meat department would have more single person servings of beef. Otherwise its a terrific Publix which Im happy to call my regular

Great store but apparently poor management who cant see that employees like Kyle in their deli are ruining customers experience. Id say I only speak for myself if it werent for the half dozen customers around me who openly commented, in front of the gentleman, sharing exactly the same sentiment.

Fantastic grocery store. Its clean and staff are so friendly. The selection of foods available is extensive - even having a good selection of foods from my native Scotland. Prices are high compared to other local stores, but the quality of food cannot be beaten!

Crowded, overpriced, sardine can aisles with extra bars places specifically so that you can only stand single file in line. The only reason to go to Publix is to get produce that you cant find at Target and refuse to buy at Wal-Mart.

Larger Publix store size than some others I have been to. As a result they have a better selections of some type of items. During extremely busy times, it can get quite crowded. The staff has all been helpful in my experiences.

The Deli Department, subs area, no concern with customers service, stood in line 30 minutes while 2 employees having a chat session instead of paying attention how the lines was!, basically no cheerfulness or smiles!

Always a pleasant experience at this Publix location. The store is always stocked, and if theyre out of something you can easily get a raincheck. The staff is helpful and polite, very accommodating to any requests.

Staff is awesome! They are super nice and work so hard to make sure I find what Im looking for. Ive gotten to know some of the staff and Ive only been coming here a few months. I love my neighborhood PUBLIX!
