Today was a bad experience! I stood in line for an entire hour waiting to make a sub sandwich!!!! The bad part was the line wasnt long... the workers were just slow! It took one of the ladies 10-15mins to make ONE sandwich! And then to make it worse, she was making an online order and as she finished up... she decided to pop some food in her mouth as she was calling the next costumer! It should NOT take damn near an hour to tend to 3 costumers! Absolutely ridiculous! The costumer in front of me said she had been waiting for 40 MINUTES! Next time.. i will just take the 5minute longer ride to the other publix and grab my meal... i know i will make it out faster than that!

Completely dissatisfied. My daughter had a birthday party we cut the cake 2 find the wrong filling. We asked for custard & got raspberry. We called & the manager giggled? How can u giggle when my 6 yr old party was ruined we didnt pass out came bc we were asked 2 bring it back & wait 4 another 2b made. Who leaves a birthday party w kids to wait 4 another . When we brought back the cake we were given jus our money back no cake. Oh well wont b buying cakes from here no more. I use 2 love this store but its employees can b rude @ times for no readon5

This particular Publix is smaller than the Publix Ive usually shop at. Small deli. No where to sit and have coffee and lunch or a pastry. But this is a small rural town so its good. Still Publix quality minus all the extras.

I love their buy 1 get 1 promotions, upset that they dont keep up with the demand of their deli bagged popcorn, many times theyre out of it, its still sitting in the popcorn popper!!
