This place seems ok- for the most part it is but some people that work there are rude. I went to the juice bar- the female didnt greet me and gave me an attitude. This has happened a few times. Then, I went outside to get a cart, and put my basket down- for less than a minute. In that time, when I came back, my basket was gone. I freaked out. The stupid customer service desk had it b/c their rude crazy employees will snatch peoples baskets in less than a minute- that is ridiculous. When I went to get it I said "i was just gone for a minute." They said thats all it takes. yeah sure- right. Im sure there are people in whole foods looking to take other peoples shopping baskets- idiots. I put my basket down to leave, and a tall black guy with dreads- same idiot who took my basket came and rudely asked me if I was done. I said yes--he said YOU paid for your drink?! in a rude way- implying I didnt. He asked me again rudely- what a stupid jerk. You pay for your drink when you buy it. Either way- he has no right interrogating customers that way. Then, I went to the cashier later, and he didnt greet me either and was just chatting with the bag boy- who is friendly and nice. Either way the customer service here is horrible and they harass women and are stupid.

I have previously had positive experiences here but the service at the coffee bar this morning were beyond disappointing. The girls working the counter were completely engulfed in their personal conversations and took approx 5 minutes for me to receive any kind of greeting or have my order taken. All the while simultaniously speaking about personal things with eachother. I asked for a cappuccino and was basically given a latte, after asking it to be remade dry its my understanding that the barista simply re-steamed the entire coffee and more liquid milk and no foam. Double steaming the coffee itself caused the flavor to be completely burnt out and the temperature to be far too hot even for a traditionalally piping hot beverage. I had hoped to stop going to Starbucks but that will not be the case after today.

They do not carry certain items despite being a bigger store that the now closed location used to carry regularly. I have requested them several times verbally and in the suggestion box, but nothing has changed. Otherwise the store is nice, clean, and usually the staff are helpful. If ordering in bulk, just be careful as sometimes people dont get back with you, or can get the order wrong, so make sure to communicate and check the order and confirm it before leaving, and call frequently to verify the order was even placed. Ive had a few issues over the last few months with things not showing up and finding out the order wasnt placed, or that it was wrong, or got pit out on the shelves and I was never called that it arrived. So just be diligent!

I went with my hubby during the week. We had a great experience bought some items that I cant find other places...like the diff flavors of chao cheese. You can find chao at other places but Whole Foods carry a wide variety of non-dairy cheese and other products as well. The workers were very helpful and nice. I was looking for the beyond burger and I was shown where I could find it, even the cashier was super sweet. I love whole foods, I wouldnt say buy all your groceries there because it can add up quickly but for some things that you cant get many other places...its worth it.

Over-priced crap. There are things here and there worth the price tag. I dont see the need to spend more money on the same brands you can get elsewhere. Customer service is horrible, especially when considering the money being spent here. Do not put sushi and hot food in the same bag, let along on top of one another!! Do not put heavy glass bottles on top of hot station food, allowing platters to cave in on themselves. Never again. I would rather give my business to a local health food store than to allow a company like Whole Foods to continue gouging. Garbage.

I was hungry, near by and decided to check out their hot food area for lunch. I was not impress at all. I tried a little of Indian and Chinese food. For $8.99 /lb, the food is NOT even good, but its editable! I asked one of the stuffs if theirs a scale, so I could weight how much food I have so I how much itd cost me. She responded, we dont have one, but you could ask one of the cashier to weight it for you! Very inconvenient and over priced. You could get a better deal for lunch at Pei Wei next door Indian Restaurant (buffet lunch) in Wing House Plaza !

The food on the buffet bar was dry and should have been discarded eariler in the day. Some of the team members are rude but others have a good personality. The following team members should be commended for going above and beyond: Brandon (Cashier), Ben (coffee bar), Jamie (Juice bar), Irene (Juice bar), & Nestor (meats), Antonio (Deli), Maggie (Deli). The Purple Guy can have mood swings... Others need to work on their customer service skills or find another job.

Great store for vegans and I really love going there, however, Im very allergic to nuts (even almonds) and I just bought a chocolate cake yesterday and didnt read the ingredients because I was in a rush, but when I read the label, it said it had almond extract in there. I was so shocked and disappointed. They do need to have big nut warnings on foods that contain nuts like they did with wheat warnings. Many people, including me, have nut allergies.

Really friendly staff. Very clean. It is also ideally located for us Altamonte Springs residents. However, I am disappointed with the produce selection. Most of the produce is overpriced conventional stuff. If I want conventional produce I can go a few blocks up the street and shop at Publix and get conventional produce cheaper. I would hope that this Whole Foods would add a lot more organic produce to its produce selections.

Great place ! Love organic food and I dont mind paying a bit more for organic and responsible products. Love the food bar for lunches, the food is always delicious and fresh. Their French bread is also authentic as well as the chocolate croissants. Daniel, the cheese specialist is awesome and very knowledgeable ! He got me a cheese from France I was not able to buy anywhere else in the area.

This store is a lifesaver for people like me, who need to eat organically grown and gluten free food. Yes organic food can be more expensive, but you get what you pay for, especially when it comes to your health. This Whole Foods Market location has a good selection of healthy foods. Also, the employees are always friendly and helpful. They make grocery shopping enjoyable!

Only go now when need something vegan that other places dont carry or in a rush. Just to pricey and doesnt have that friendly feeling as before. Employees more concerned about watching the clock. Cashiers use to smile ,chat at least say hello. Now most just ignore the customers, even at the customer service desk. I use to love Whole Foods, sad .
