First and foremost the service was primo. The process from start to finish was quick and hassle free. They had a web site that provided a simple upload process for my picture and word files, I received confirmation that the files were received and that they will have a quote shortly. Within a day or two I received a call from the shop and spoke with a very friendly team member. We went over the information that I sent and within a few days I received a quote, visual proofs to verify preciseness then a call and email informing me that the signs were ready for pickup. I picked up the signs, met the member that I spoke with on the phone whom was once again friendly, professional and efficient. We verified the correctness of the signs once more and I walked out with my finished product. I have used Fastsigns a few years ago and was very satisfied then, I am now and will definitely use them again with the certainty that I will be well pleased with them in the future.

The whole crew have always done fantastic work for my newly formed company "THATS MY LAWN GUY lawn service" but I feel I must single out one employee who deserves special recognition. Stephanie McRoy embodies every thing i like about this company, she has always been helpful, personable, and very professional. I had an amazing experience with FastSigns. The staff was very patient with me as I navigated through the best design choices for my business. From Frank, my first point of contact, to Rosa my designer, I am well pleased with the experience. I must give Rosa extra praise for going above and beyond my expectations to be sure I was happy with the finished product. Also, let me add, they are truly fast; aside from back and forth design efforts, once approved the project was completed the next day. Even with a minor setback, the installer promised to stay late if necessary to ensure I received a quality product by the time I needed it. THANKS FASTSIGNS!

Susan at Fast Signs is amazing. Our cycling club needed a custom designed uniform (kit) and needed it fast. The cost for artwork can be exhorbitant at other vendors. The cost and delivery time were unbelievable. Even the owner of the clothing company remarked at how impressed he was by the design. Who thought a sign company could be this talented. I will be moving the graphic design and sign fabrication for our business to Susan. She over-delivers. You cant go wrong

I really like the customer service. I have been to two branches, the one by the Fashion Square Mall, and most recently, the one on West Colonial Dr. Both orders were processed efficiently, and they gave me exactly what I wanted. Eddie from the West Colonial branch was super helpful. He expedited my order to make sure I had the banner the next day, and was really friendly.
