Most people working at this store location are ok. However one individual, a woman, is incredibly RUDE to her customers! She greats people "selectively", the ones she likes she greats, and the ones she does not like, she treats like "air", non-existing, depending on her mood and attitude of the day. For this incredibly immature and "kindergarten" like behavior, I rate this store with 1 single star. I would strongly suggest firing this individual, and let her "grow up" on her own timing, and hire a Mature Adult, who is friendly with EVERYBODY at all times...

BEST UPS STORE IVE BEEN TO. Joe and ALL of his staff are WONDERFUL !!! He kept a few things there for me when I SO sickbi couldnt get there within the week. He told me no worries hed make sure they didnt go back. Store is tastefully decorated for the holidays & everyone always smiling & happy to help! After the nightmare experience- esp at the Dr Phillips store in Marketplace, it is a pleasure doing business there & HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION!!!!! Yay Joe!!!! Great service always! Nice to see nowadays! You help to make holidays happy!!!!!

I have used a mailbox at the location for 14 years. Joe and the staff are very professional and friendly. They greet me by name when I come in. Sometimes they have my packages on the counter before I even open up my mailbox. And when I need something special, I pick up the phone, and they accommodate most every special request. I am very "particular" to say it nicely. I, as a paying customer, expect a certain quality of customer service. And this UPS Store has delivered. I highly recommend.
