They dont have their overnight or even regular mailing envelopes out where you can just grab one and fill it out. Im supposed to wait in line and then wait while someone fills out what I could have already? The woman behind the counter told me it would be $40 for next day delivery of an envelope. Save yourself the trouble. Wish I had.

I love this UPS store! Mark is extremely helpful and efficient. Ive been using this stores services a lot lately due to my printer being broken. Mark helps me with mailing packages, printing, scanning, and making copies. Its always nice to see a familiar face, and know that the services I need are taken care of, at a fair price!

The hours are terrible. When Im off, theyre closed. Google says theyre open until 6 on Saturday, I take my time to get there just to find out theyre closed at 2:30! (I suggested an edit so hopefully that will be corrected) Really? I dont think they want they want my business.

I dropped off an addressed mothers day letter and 100 dollar gift card to be delivered on the 13th of May this year. My mom still hasnt received her gift from me in the mail. Blame has been shifted to USPS, but I still feel let down.

I have never had a problem or was ever unhappy with the service here. They always seem to have the box I need. The waiting is not an issue, generally get people in and out. Definitely service with a smile.
