Ive been to this place a few times. The first piece I had was defective and cracked before I even used it. They wouldnt take it back but gave me 20% off my next one. When I came back, the woman at the counter was so rude. She was stocking swisher sweets and some other lady was stocking other supplies. I asked for help once and nobody acknowledged me. So I said again "hey when you have a second I need some help"... so again nobody acknowledged.. so after about 5 min my boyfriend said... hey can we look at a couple of these? The woman snapped and him and rudely said "ummm I know" and continued counting her swisher sweets for a few minutes before she decided to help us. Very rude the whole time... until she saw we had a vip pass and then changed her tone! I will never go back to this place!

I had a friend who was asking about their products for synthetic urine, and he found stuff floating in it. He went into the store to ask about the product, and make sure that it wasnt expired, or anything similar. The lady who was running the store at the time Rachel, said that because he said "some illegal things" he had to leave the store. He said what the product is used for. And he asked for a box to be opened so that he could see the product just to make sure they looked the same. She refused to let him see anything and made him buy a new product. Then, when he asked a follow up question, she told him to "get out of her store." I called her to ask what happened and she was extremely rude with me, and highly unprofessional. I wont be back, and neither will any of my friends.

I always hit up smoke city in the orange park area since it is close to me. Ive always had a good time shopping here and today was probably the best experience yet with this store. I bought an ego twist battery yesterday for $25 and I couldnt get it to work at all. I brought it back today and tried with the clerk to make it work. Short story, the battery was defected and I was able to switch it out for a good one with no hassle at all. The girl there (a manager I believe) was beyond understanding and helpful. People complain but this location hasnt given me one reason to do so at all. Prices are fair on most products and the staff is easy to work with. I would recommend this place for all your smoking needs and then some!

Love it here! They dont try to upsell you overpriced equipment you wont use (i.e. 200 watts mod for a beginner). They take their time to explain everything to you, without looking down their noses at you (Im looking you, New Leaf). They have a seemingly infinite supply of juices - you will discover things you didnt know you wanted! They also have a cool feature with their e-juices; grab bags! They are divided into 3 groups depending on nicotine level (low, med, or high) and then they are labeled something like "Fruits" or "Desserts". There are a minimum of 3 10 mg bottles in each bag (prices range from $9.99 to $14.99) and the more expensive bags generally have larger and/or more bottles. LOVE this place. My latest discovery!

Thanks smoke city customer care rep for fixing the problem with the juice. I like the way you handled the situation and thanks for the extra juice and the cards that you gave me. And when I went to pick it up the lady jasmine had everything ready for me when I got there. she was very nice to me and helped me pick out the juice which was really good by the way. Ill definitely be coming back to your shop. I also think that jasmine should be the manager of that shop because thats the way a customer service is supposed to be.

Ehh, the guy that works in the shop, and one of the females are good at customer service. One girl needs to be fired -- attitude when you ask questions, unhelpful, talking on her phone and texting. The prices are outrageously expensive. $90 for a kit you can get for $30 from the internet. $25 for a single, simple atomizer that you can get for $6 on the internet. Juices are imported from China with unknown quality controls. Save yourself and buy from the internet!

Bunch of morons working that place. Went in twice, both times asking questions about products which I had minimal knowledge about.. Basically had to reach myself. As I can only assume policy is to open glass doors and just stand there continuing your super important convos. Twice this happened.. Wasted $150 in there once and another $75 on my final trip ever.. Talk to a potato , youll get more info.. Find a wades world!

Was sold a battery and a head for a vaper device, for $70 that wont work when used together. Only bought it because the clerk recommended it. When I tried to take it back to exchange either the head or the battery for one that would work, I was told, BY THE SAME CLERK, that they have a no refund/no echange policy!!! Completely ridiculous, as I bought what I bought because of HER advice!!! Never go near this shop.

I bought a brand new vape from here. It leaked when we were there, they said they put it together wrong. Redid it and sent me on my way, still leaked. Went back later and told me to come in the next day and theyll replace it, they didnt. Instead after paying full price for a brand new vape, I now have to wait 6 weeks for a refurbished one from the factory. So now Im out the 100$ I paid and still have no vape.

Hidden gems and nice things but AWFUL staff. Always rude and lacking in knowledge. At some point they had some rad people working but the past few visits have been unpleasant. when sold a faulty product we are told theres nothing they can do to help (Not even in a nice way) will not be returning to this location or any of the others unfortunately.

Prices are a bit higher on all products compared to other locations or online. They have a wide selection if pipes and smoking accessories, as well as vape and vape mods. Also some posters and other cool things that some smoke shops just dont have. They have a little of everything.

Its a very chill and laidback atmosphere. Theyre not what youd call formal, but you can go in and get what you need and more. The staff are very easy to work with and also helpful as well. The two employees Emily and Will were real helpful and informative.

This was the worst smoke shop ive every had the misfortune to deal with. The workers are rude, they lie to customers about local laws and they over price all of their products. I would advise staying as far away form Smoke City as possiable.
