First I want to say that I like the staff at SC a lot. The staff is very cool, the managers policies on the other hand are very anti-consumer. Over the last year I have wasted about $500 on replacing faulty E-cigarette parts from this store. I have become so frustrated with it that I have now switched to nicotine gum in order to quit the habit all together. I originally bought an 808 which died within 2 months of my purchase even though I followed all the instructions correctly. The response from from management when I tried to return it was, sorry no returns. They had stopped carrying the model and would not exchange the dead e-cig towards another model. I then moved on to a V-go which they said was the best choice they had. 4 chargers, 5 batteries and countless faulty cartomizers later I was told to switch to another, much more expensive e-cig, but when I asked that my most recent faulty V-go purchase (2 batteries 6 cartomizers and a new charger which all went bad within less than 2 weeks of my purchase) be applied towards the cost of the new e-cig I was again told that they do not accept exchanges or give refunds. This policy of not standing behind the products they sell has lost them a customer. I will never buy another item from this smoke shop. Stop selling faulty items as the "next best thing" and allow for returns like every other responsible business owner in the US.

Where do I start went there this Saturday and brought a new vape and some other items ( spent $200 +) they had a new girl working that didnt explain anything about the vape ( Im a 1st time user myself) when I got it...anyways I get half way down the street and realize it didnt come with a battery I drive back and another girl is there now to assist the newby but by this time the store is super crowded and the a/c was broke... the girl sells me a battery but still explains little about the new vape...I drive all the way back to orange park and that night its starts leaking the oil ( no i didnt purchase cheap oil) and it starts going haywire I go back to the store the next morning and the guy Carlos helped me out but didnt fix the problem I call him back to let him know the device is still going crazy, he said it was nothing he could do and I were need to wait for a Manger... this isnt good customer service or good store ethics...the device seems like it was faulty to begin with. Overall Im pissed Im out of my money and literally wasted 4 hrs of my weekend at this place.

Hands down the best overall glass shop in Jacksonville. I am from Atlanta, came down and was amazed! the selection of concentrate glass was amazing. Everything you need for concentrates ( glass Ti nails converters mini tasters ti dappers etc) and a ton of Sheldon Black which is a personal fav. They even had a piece i have been search for and all of this for a very good price. Cheaper or even with ATL prices. Sheldon Black, Medicali, illadelph. Also a really good selction of heady worked bowls. And all the other good stuff hookas papers wraps cheap pipes tshirs scales everything. Over all 4 stars the only thing was they could have had a lot more heady pieces no toros or sovereigntiy (maybe theres not many people in jax who know good glass, these guys do). But great customer service, the dude actually knew just as much as me:) and cute girl that works behind the counter!! next time i go to jacksonville im going to Smoke City

They have just about everything you could ever want. The selection is excellent and the people that work there are extremely nice and have knowledge of all products. However, the prices are astronomical. I realize that a company is out to turn a profit, and they are the only store that offers specific items, but thats no reason to capitalize on the consumer. The plus of this store is that instead of ordering it online somewhere else for half the price, you can get it now, but youll pay extra. To be fair, I believe they put a lot of time and money into getting the right products. If they lowered their prices Id be there all the time, but as with most people im assuming this is the store of last resort when you dont want to wait for an order from an online company.

Ive been vaping ever since vaping became big a little over 3 years ago so over time I found what flavor juices i like. I always tell workers i like sweet flavors and theyll recommend one, and never once hsve i liked it (this has happened no joke 100 times). I went to this location tonight to buy juice- Zack recommended 2 & both of them were literally amazing! Then I started talking about vapes a little and decided to get one. Sean recommend the perfect vape for me. These guys know their stuff - very knowledgeable, professional and hospitable. This location is my go to anyways now! Outstanding customer service!

Very good selection but marked up prices. Although I am consistently disappointed in the customer service. I get the impression that I am bothering the employees whenever I ask them a question, or ask to see something. I have experienced a nice and helpful employee but most of they are a bit pretentious. Example: I asked if they had any recycler pieces in stock and the response was "Well, what kind of recyclers? Theyre around, just take a look" The reason I asked was because I didnt know and I obviously couldnt find them, just thought it was a bit headier than thou response.

Buyer beware! Buyer beware! I bought a faulty pair of scales from this location and was promised that I could make an exchange . After repeated tries to find the manager I was finally told that I could go ahead and purchase another pair of scales while the manager cleared it with the owner about the exchange there by being able to refund my money of course the owner decline to return the faulty pair of scales even though they knew they were faulty from the time of sale. & I also showed them where a lot of the other similar products were also faulty in the same manner.

This place has potential but right now it sucks to high hell. Came in with a friend for a larger tank. Sold her an overpriced tank and a few atomizers that didnt work. Of course no return policy and they didnt entertain an exchange until I came in to raise sand about. They promised more smoke with this product but its seems to be defective. My friend is currently changing her new atomizer to see if it will help. And its not. Actually it appears they have sold the wrong atomizers for this tank. Thanks for wasting 50 buck for nothing.

Chill staff. Experienced and knowledgeable, despite their age. The selection is beyond unbelievable! If you dont find what youre looking for in this place then it may be time to check yourself into a clinic... Quality merchandise without a doubt. Fair pricing on most items under $50-75. The one and only overwhelming negative is their prices on higher end items. I understand paying for quality, but they take it to whole other levels in terms of pricing on those items. ~Chris Storm Reviews
