So I work at in Riverside, and live in the new apartments here. I am a grandmother, and a vaper. When i moved to The Brooklyn, I needed to find a new Vape supply store, so I came here and New Leaf, i had a pretty negative experience with New leaf, and THOUGHT at least the staff here was better. Surprise, i would not recommend this store to anyone. I needed a new battery for my vapor pen, i purchased one on Saturday, i get home, and go to click the button, and it only flashes white. SO i attempt to charge it, all lights on every charger i have would go off as soon as the battery was put on. I took it to my old vapor shop, just to make certain i wasnt missing anything and it did the same for them 29.99. SO i go back to the store, with my receipt and the product, still in its box, unused and undamaged, and the owner refuses to give me a refund, or even a store credit, He offers me a credit for another battery. WELL, there was only ONE battery in that store that fit my tank, in the price range i wanted to pay, AND i bought it, and it was no good. The other batteries were either too big or too small for my nautilus mini. NOT acceptable. Store credit, i could have dealt with, i will never step foot in this store again, and will make sure everyone in this area are aware.

Very bad experience here..... the staff there was very rude and NOT helpful.... when asked a question i got short answer and didnt even answer my question. I have tried some of their Electronic cigarette products and very dissatisfied with them... all the liquids taste bitter and the batteries burnout a lot quicker than they say they do.... they also have a lot of outdated devices which probably relates with the poor quality... and dont even think about returning anything, took me half an hour and I still walked out without my money returned. One specific liquid, ( King something...) cant remember the manufacture name, has been reported having toxic chemicals and made me nauseous .... overall it was not pleasant going there. Bad atmosphere. Rude employees. Will not be returning there EVER!!!

If I could I would give NO STARS. Owner and and staff are NOT knowledgeable with their products but will try to sell you anyway with false information to get a sale. Disrespectful business practices, they are just as greedy and deceitful like a politician. Prices here are also way too inflated and they wont work with you. Other headshops I go to work with you, never against you. PLEASE SUPPORT OTHER SMALL BUSINESSES THAT KEEP IT REAL. Respect over money.

I had a positive experience here. I went to get incense sticks and was surprised with the variety that hey had.....not everything I was looking for but they had most of what I was needing. I love the Satya/Sugandlahaya incense sticks from India as theyre the best quality and scent IMO. I got what I needed and the guy working was friendly and chatty. Great experience and didnt cost as much as Id expected.

Eh...I generally get treated like Im a drag because Im causing them to help someone. If youre not careful, these death hippies will definitely bring your mood down a notch. Melancholy Madness is what the place should be called.

Every time I try to give this place another chance, it gets worse. After comparing their prices to other shops I realized they overcharge for almost everything. They wont be getting anymore chances from me.
