When I first started doing my business at Venus I only dealt with manager. He had not hired help yet. Hes super nice and very helpful and patient. He really tries to match you with a juice that you will enjoy. I use to enjoy going in and hearing about new flavors and getting to try them. But then he hired a couple young ladies. They are ALWAYS in the back when you walk in. They act like you have disturbed whatever they were doing and are there to hand you the product and ring you up. Not personable at all. I dont know what goes on in the back but they sure like it back there. I understand the owner is there in the afternoons but due to my schedule I have to go earlier in the day. The girls are nice sometimes. I guess depends on their mood. I try to be nice no matter what my mood may be. We all have bad days.

Just left there to buy a pipe and wasnt impressed at all with the customer service. I felt like I was in Wal-Mart bothering the cashier. She didnt have much knowledge ab the diff pipes they sold. Either that or she was just unfriendly, almost to a point of being rude with her time of voice to where I had to cut her off at one point to say, "yea thanks (sarcasm). Bought the only pipe she had to take out for me and left. I wont be going back. I guess its the kind of place where they only treat their regulars with respect, after reading other reviews.

Cue the Laugh Track
Dude at the counter ignored me for 10 minutes while he let his buddies play with the e-cigs. When I finally got acknowledged, he did not even know what a Magic Flight Launch Box WAS, let alone if they had replacement batteries for it. I ended up making a small purchase and received change in the form of a dollar bill covered in what seemed to be blood. Never going back, wouldnt recommend anyone else goes either.

Love this place. I ride 20 minutes just to go there to get my juice and extra stuff. The owner is so down to earth and humble you wont even know he is the owner. He sat with me on more than one occasion for over an hour just to find the juice I liked. Mary is my homie and love to walk in and talk with her about life. They even have a punch card now to get free juices! Thanks for being awesome guys!

Hands down the best smoke shop in Jacksonvile. Best selection in juice you cant find but online. Staff incredibly friendly and the owner is well knowledgeable. Thank you guys agian!!!!
