I came to Smokers Etc. as Im in town for business. I love that its so convenient to the Marriott Hotel in which I stay. I spoke to a helpful young man and he showed me around as he gave me a list of his recommendations. He was very friendly and informative. I was surprised when I asked him how long he had had the store, and he told me he didnt own it! He did tell me the owner is usually in during the week, though. I was very impressed. Great selection of cigars! Fair and comparable prices and some special deals! The cigar that I chose was in great condition out of their walk-in humidor. I was given a fresh clean ashtray. Very comfortable seating and fun company as well! Its the customer service that sets this place above many! I try to frequent cigar shops as I travel. I always look forward to my assignments in Akron, Ohio as I enjoy my time at Smokers Etc. They say theyre moving across the street in the spring. I look forward to the new place! Ill be back in January or February for sure!

Great spot to smoke a stick. Brand new building and a lot more space for fantastic small batch cigar companies. The owner Mike is a great guy and very welcoming and can answer your questions about cigars if you are new to the game. The lounge is free to smoke your purchases in and has very comfortable leather club chairs and 3 monster big screen tvs with tons of channels; great place to hang out and watch your favorite sports and BYOB. They also have big events at this place... The last one was a Camacho event and they had a big camacho tour bus with booze, cigars, girls, and all kinds of contests to win prizes. Brands include anything from Montecristo to La Flor Dominicanas. Great selection. Stop and get your c-gars here now!

This place is the worst smoke shop Ive been to. No good selection, cant understand a word the Indian guy says. Would rather play on his phone the to answer questions. Everyone who guys into cigar case is considered a stealer and up to no good. DO NOT WALK AROUND LOOKING AT STUFF AND NOT BUY ANYTHING, CAUSE HE WILL SAY YOU STOLE SOMETHING. Even when he has no proof. When you buy something he pockets money from when you buy stuff. All workers are rude. Made 6 people wait in line cause he wanted to play a game on his phone. Its by far the worse place I have ever been in. My name is John W. Never stole a thing and yet had to give him 30 dollars because he said " all white and black people are trouble makers!" Never will I be back.

Smokers Etc is a very nice shop to browse and select a wide range of quality cigars. The best part about the shop, for me, is that the owner Mike is a very nice guy. Hes helpful and friendly. I also like the different people I meet when I stop in to the store. In addition, the periodic cigar events are a great way to learn more about the different brands. Keep up the great work Mike, and thanks for providing a place where we can buy great cigars, and smoke them in a fun and relaxing atmosphere.

This place used to be good some years ago, but no longer. The staff is rude for one and never very helpful. Theyd rather just play board games and watch television. The selection there has gotten worse and their prices are the most expensive Ive seen in the area. Smokers Den and The Pipe Rack are only a little farther away and have bigger humidors with a better selection and better prices.

Had a golf trip and needed a few cigars. A nice and very knowledgeable young man spent some extra time explaining different brands and price levels and recommended an awesome cigar that everyone on the trip commented on. This will be my exclusive cigar store from here on out.

Are we talking about the same place on Hudson drive Bill??? I have never met nicer people at smokers etc they have over 100 brands. there prices are all comparable to any cigar shop around. very clean and great atmosphere... you must have went to smokers den not Smokers etc

Love Smokers ETC... Only place in the area that carries my Peter Stookebye Amsterdam Shag. Everyone in there is friendly. Nice seating area with Big Screen HDs. The walk in Humidor is awesome! I usually pick out a coupe of good Cigars to have a Scotch with. Great Place!!!

Mikes new spot is way better then his last. Better selection, better atmosphere. Prices are very reasonable. The store has a lot more room to sit and watch sports while enjoying a nice cigar.

The electronic cigarettes are garbage, paid 45 dollars and broke in less then a week, and sales clerk would only say it can break at any time and wouldnt refund it, never going here again
