I called the store looking to buy cannabis scented candles or incenses. The employee that answered the phone never let me get past cannabis scented before hanging up on me. I called back,he answered threatening to call the police & give them my phone number for trying to buy illegal products. Since when is cannabis scented candles illegal? He finally listened to the fact that I was trying to buy candles. He proceeded to use the excuse for his arrogance & rudeness as stating he had 3 previous calls from people trying to buy illegal products. Really though,who calls a head shop to purchase drugs? I then called the Barberton store to see if they had the candles & the employee that I spoke with there stated another customer was in the store on Kenmore Blvd earlier & was complaining that they had left that store going to the Barberton store due to his rudeness. Not the way to run a business.

Had exactly what I was looking for (with plenty in stock.) Dude with the beard was super friendly, and honest, too. Didnt lie about what they had (as other Glass House locations have been known to do) and gave me back an extra dollar id given when paying. Sweet place. Cant speak for any other employees, though.

Great products, but I dont appreciate being talked down to by the employees until I walk out. Never ask questions or youll be treated like a brainless idiot at least by the employee I dealt with.
