They seem to have a decent selection of pipes and vaping stuff, but the customer service was horrible. The girl working at the time (behind the counter) was just rude. I needed 2 specific things that I asked for. Took her time to even respond to me or acknowledge that I was standing there waiting for her to look up at me. Her response to my request was a shrug, and pointed to a random area and said, "its over there, if we have it" I can understand if the store was busy, but I was the only one there. She could have helped me try to find it. Too much attitude and not attentive at all. I left and probably wont come back if I see her working.

Awesome MUCH needed addition to this shopping plaza, always fully stocked with the hookah supplies I need and then some, fairly competitive prices considering the market, and definitely going great presentation value behind it. Staff was pretty knowledgeable and friendly my couples go around a Ive had. Check out the flavor of hookah they have, Ive noticed some new flavored I didnt even know existed!

Great place for all my needs. Flavors on top of flavors from premiums to the lower costing juices. I use to be a die hard lizard juice buyer but since i moved to jax city i havent had no problems at smoke and vape. To be honest nor do i have any complaints. I use them and only suggest them. I recommend if you vape to stop by and check the place out just so you see for yourself.

Awesome shop... Patient with my questions and always go out of their way to assist. Usually Im on a budget but they treat me as important as someone spending hundreds of dollars. Customer for life. I usually go to the Orange Park location but Ive no doubt the customer service is great at all locations.

GREAT vape shop, wide variety of product choices..hardware and juices. Never "out" of products, clean layout, large store, literally cheapest vape prices in Jax, staff/owner have given me nothing but A+ service, in the year-year n a half Ive been shopping here. ☆
