Best equipment and juice deals hands down in Jacksonville Florida. George is extremely friendly and great at customer service. I have been vaping for a few years now. I am a big supporter of brick and mortar store front businesses. Smoke Bucks is going to embarrass all other Vape shops in town. George has the newest equipment and some of the greatest juice lines I have tried in years and his prices are extremely reasonable. All of the other shops in town have prices as high as giraffes balls. George has some of the best premium juices at rock bottom prices. As well as all the new equipment he also has an extremely large section of tanks and if you need a coil he more than likely has it in stock and hes also open later than all other shops as well. Im a little biased as he is 2 minutes from my house but I would make the drive to him if I were in orange park or at the beaches at his prices. If you need anything hes probably got it and it looks like hes expanding to even more great lines and merchandise every day.

Fantastic customer service. Great prices. Im new to vaping & George took the time to explain the differences between models & then how to take care of & use the models I selected. He also let me try several e-juices until I found the one I liked (also explaining them as well). Im disabled & he brought me out a chair & he ran back and forth to get things. He also took into account my deafness & made sure to look at me when speaking. I highly recommend this shop to everyone but especially to the disabled community. I will go back and do business again. Update: decided to move up to the Kbox 70. Again, great customer service, great prices. Favorite vape shop and Ive visited all over town. George and Megan are great. After my first visit they remembered my name. I like that.

I came in asking if they had any different mouth pieces for my V8 stick smok vaporizer (I had the factory large one that came with it) and the girl told me that wasnt possible because that was "thats just the way theyre made". I laughed because I knew that wasnt true. When I bought the vaporizer from Johnny Copper Vape Co. He let me know if it was too big he had smaller ones. In the future, you should train your employees to just say they "arent sure" if they dont know something, or if your store doesnt carry the item, just tell people that. Dont make it seem like what Im asking for doesnt exist. I went straight to Johnny Coppers Vape Co on old St Augustine road and was in and out in less than 5 minutes with the mouth piece I wanted.

Excellent customer service. Ive tried to get started vaping in the past, and it usually leaves me $200 poorer, making a lot of decisions about products I dont understand, and takes at least an hour. I had a simple mod given to me by a friend and the staff had me up and running, and satisfied, in under ten minutes and for less than $75. I have found my shop, and I will be back. Edit: been back twice, done a little upgrading, the friendly and knowledgeable staff is always there, and they know what many businesses seem to have forgotten: keep your customers happy, and they will keep coming back. My satisfaction, I have felt, has always been the top of their priorities. I cannot recommend this place enough.

SmokeBucks is definitely the place to go!! They have a lot of flavors and supplies you need to vape. I have tried many ways to quit cigarettes to no avail and I have had friends and acquaintances quit using vaporizers. I have tried others, but with so many options out there, it was really overwhelming for me. After reading the reviews about SmokeBucks, I decided to stop in. George was really helpful with getting me started. He had me compare 2 vaporizers, explained how they worked, showed me how they worked, and helped me get started. Most places dont do this for you and George made it easy for a beginner like myself. I am definitely going back for more flavors and the supplies I need.

OK Ive been around the block and back when it comes to similar stores of convenience.(So I consider myself a good critic, I know whats good and whats not). Their glass is second to none, while their pricing is lower than average. BTW, Im not from the area, it was at first just convenient to me to go there. I shopped around, only to waste my time. My advice is to go out of your way to go there if your undecided. Not only will you save money, but the service is great. Hands down best place in Jax. I lived in Sarasota and Boston. Beats those locations as well. Just go, you wont be let down.

George needs to teach a class for other vape shops on how to treat customers. When I walk into smoke bucks it feels like Im going to visit a friend not going to a store. He beats any price and orders in if he doesnt have what you need. I used to drive to the beach for the past few years and those guys dont even know my name or even care for that matter. The first day George asked me my name and number to text me when my order was in. Theres no reason to shop anywhere else for all your vaping, tobacco, or glass needs. Thanks again George! Dude running this place is super knowledgeable on vaping, has awesome prices, best products and great juices. I called to see if he had the new smok tfv8 tank and he told me he only had 2 left and that he would put 1 to the side for me, needless to say I was there an hour later buying it. The tfv8 is the best tank I have ever come across.at 100 Watts its killing every other tank Ive ever tried, even killing drippers! 8 coils in 1 atomizer. Says to run it between 120-180 watts. But it seems to be just right at 100 on my sigelei 150 tc

These guys are great. For a small business they really want to make sure there customers are happy. I had an issue with a new SMOK and i went back to see them to see what they could do about it. They didnt have the same model I bought in stock so they gave a new better more expensive vaper. They didnt have to do this and could of told me to wait until they got more stock of the model i purchased but they didnt. That to me shows great business adequate and they put the customer first. I highly recommend this place.

My husband and I came in this evening with minimal knowledge and the gentleman that helped us was amazing. He took the time to explain our options, answered all of our questions and even made sure our products were in working order before leaving the shop. He even asked about our flavor preferences and made suggestions for what we should start with. I must say this will be the only place we go for all of our vape needs. Just bought my first vape setup here - went in because of the excellent reviews and wasnt disappointed. Shop has great products and pricing. Received awesome customer service from George, who completely walked me through my starter kit and helped me to pick out the juice. Very knowledgeable in their products and which ones would suit me best! Ill definitely be heading back over here for refills and such and will be recommending this place to friends. :)
