I dont agree with the way the reptiles are kept. It stresses out them when males and females of veileds and Jackson chameleons and when told staff of it half actually acted concern but sez that corporate and merchants send them that way thus they are to be displayed the same. It is very bad to street veileds and Jacksons like this and it breaks my heart that nothing is being done about this very serious issue.

I have been here many times with no problems however, my last trip there was a different story. Staff was not very friendly and when I inquired about adopting a kitten I got the feeling that they felt like it would be to much trouble and they didnt want to have to do the paperwork. The staff also talked to me and my family like we were stupid and didnt know anything about animals. I recommend pet smart.

First time there i bought a great bergan pet carrier for small dogs i loved it it has lots of features like pockets and great way to get around with the carring strap its a little more pricy than walmart but its stylish.most things in the store like excesories are pricy but on the pluse side you can bring your pet inside to try out the products.

Went to Pet Supermarket, and bought a ferret on Monday. Came home and we bathed the ferret the next day because she was scratching. When we gave her a bath, her entire body was covered in fleas. Called and was told all their ferrets are flea free. If that was true, then the ferret we bought, would not have had an infestation of fleas.

Had a pretty rough week including my sons fish dieing. So went searching for some more. The man that helped us was very knowledgeable and honest about which fish would be best for our tank and our level of care we wanted to provide. We always come here for our fish for this reason and wouldnt think of going somewhere else. Thank you!

Love going to this location, the employees are awesome and never seem to have a problem with me swinging in right before they close. I choose to stop here after a long day at work simply because of the employees and their amazing attitudes and personalities.
