Went there to get a quart of "black swan" paint just to do our front door, and the paint was certainly not black. IT WAS PURPLE. We took it back along with the swatch sample and compared it to the color in the can so they could see for themselves it was not the correct color. The big guy behind the counter was snarky and the manager did not try to go out of his way at all. The best part, the paint code on the can that they mixed up did not match the paint code on the back of the swatch sample, and they still would not do anything. We are talking about a $14 quart of paint, mind you. We will be painting our entire house inside and out, and we WILL NOT be returning to this store. Sadly, Home Depot was much more friendly, and got it right the first time. Stay away from this store, try another Sherwin Williams.

Surprised at how extremely unhelpful, rude and lazy the employees at this store were, especially David who when we asked for help finding colors approved by our HOA was unwilling to look for the approved colors and said "just find any color that doesnt jump out at people and they will approve it." Terrible advice, not how it works, David. We wont be back to this store.

I had visited this store during the week and the staff were very nice and helpful. I went in today Saturday for some help and the young man working there was very rude to me. Very unhelpful and they dont even acknowledge you. There are other choices of stores to buy paint so Im taking my business somewhere else. Dont waste your time going to this store.

So unhelpful. No one acknowledges you. Stood there for 20 minutes just to ask of they had a certain paint color sample that I couldnt find. Not one word was said to me. Will take my business elsewhere.
