They first mismatched my paint color. Upon my return trip I found out they tested the new paint by spraying the front of a cabinet door I left them for color matching even though I told them this was a cabinet I was using. They then accused me of telling them that if was ok to spray the front of the cabinet door. When I asked them to repair the problem they told me that I was a complainer and that they wouldnt do anything that cost them anything. In my opinion they are rude,incompetent, and extremely unprofessional. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE AND SAVE YOURSELF AGRAVATION.

They take foooooorrrreeevvveeerrrr! Been in here twice. Once for a sample, once for a gallon. Took over 15 mins both times to get them mixed, even when I brought the recipe I wanted and I was the only customer. Sucks they are the only Benjamin Moore place around me.
