complete failures: we called ahead to deliver a flatbed truck load to this place today. they said, "sure, come on in". i got there at 11:15. there were three people walking around the warehouse, riding the clock, doing nothing. there was no other trucks. there was two forklifts sitting right beside my truck. then the do nothing warehouse clerk says, "you have to have an appointment, we are busy".i knew something was wrong right then, because ive delivered to dozens of home depots before, and have never heard anything about appointments. for the record, had to call the manager, and the regional manager to get them to unload my truck. took from 11:15, until 2:15 to unload just a few skids. it should have taken 15 minutes. do not deliver to these clowns.

Im writing this as Im still waiting to be acknowledged at the paint counter(literally 14 minutes).I understand your busy (why is only one person working in this department?) but you could at least tell me "Ill be with you shortly". Ok, just got a nod and a grunt, which Im assuming was "how can I help you?" Told the man our color choice and he walked away. Our can is still sitting on the counter. Its been 23 minutes now and we still have no mixed paint. Next time we will go to Lowes. Update...32 minutes in, and we are being mixed. I feel bad for the three ladies behind us. Jorge did acknowledge some Spanish guy walking by, maybe we were ignored for being Caucasian? I wish this was a joke, I really do. Im ordering Rosetta Stone tonight.

Employee didnt look on top of the Shelf while I was getting a security camera the first time and I got an opened one instead of the one that I came for so when I came back to return the opened one someone else made him go on top of the shelf and find the one that I originally came for and that person took off with the one that I originally came for in the first place. Just got home to hook up the system that I got for the second time and it doesnt even work. Dont buy security systems or a Lorex security system for that matter. And make sure you make the employee look for you before you leave the store even if you make them crawl on top of a shelf because I lost out on the unit that I originally came for and now I am furious

Terrible experience here from both male and female associates. I asked the female associate for help, as I begin to ask my question and ask her to look at a picture that I had taken in search of an item, she rolled her eyes, sighed audibly, and walked slowly over to me. She barely glanced at my picture and told me that none of my pictures made any sense and I would need to go back and get measurements even though I took a picture of the piece I needed in front of a ruler for this very reason. Save your time and your money and go across the street to LOWES, theyre willing to help and much better in the area of customer service! They found what I needed after examining the picture for 15 seconds.

My husband and I recently moved from Indiana to Ocala and needed to purchase several appliances. We met Sam in the kitchen appliance department and could not have had any better service. He helped compare several models, printed them out for us, and answered our questions. I dont know how anyone could have known more about a variety of appliances. He assured us that our appliances would work or he would make sure they were replaced. We felt confident purchasing from Home Depot because we knew Sam would make sure we were happy. Gill delivered our appliances and he also made sure everything worked, was very careful moving everything in and provided excellent service.

Sitting in the parking lot, waiting for the store to open. I notice the parking lot filling up with vehicles, and the operators walking into the store, "employees ", going to work. My question is, why arent they parking further away from the front door? Why arent they leaving the closer parking spots available for paying customers? Customer Service should include " the ease of being able to park close". The customer is only here for a relatively short period of time, in comparison to the employees. Its just an observation.

Do not shop at this place. I went to get a security camera today and the box was open so I got another one and while I was there decided to look at the cameras again and someone was in the aisle and made the clerk climb all the way to the top to get the box that he needless to say was a display model that I didnt get and come to find out it was full and had the camera system that I originally came to get that he said they didnt have and they only had a display model of. I feel cheated and ripped off

Nice, Neat, & Well organized with lots of different options in stock. More choices of tools and gardening items available then some other Home Depots I have been to. I really was impressed with how much deep their instock supplies were and nicely they were arranged. I wish my Home Depot was like this. Tool Rental is not available at this location, thats the only reason I cant give it all 5 stars. However Tool rental is available @ the other nearby location. I would give it 4.75 if possible.

I ordered a hot water heater at 11 in the morning and the email said that it would be ready in 1 hour. I show up 3 hours later just to find out that they havent even picked the items from the back. They made me wait an hour for them to finally get the items and be on my way. The staff also didnt want to help me get a 160 pound water heater into the bed of my truck. I had to wait even longer to get someone to help me with it. Worst home depot service ever!

We made it right before close, yet the people were not pushy to get us out and helped us without ever once mentioning that we only had 5 minutes to find what we wanted and then they would be closed. Although they did not have the Bluetooth speaker light bulb that we were looking for anymore, the lady knew they did have it at one point and looked relentlessly for it until a member of management told her they no longer carried them. I went in the store pricing Harwood floor knowing I would get help with ideas and things like that. I had NOT one person stop and offer me help as I stood there for 1 hour reading the boxes for direction and quoting prices. I then loaded 10 large boxes by myself and took them to my car where I loaded those by myself. It does not bother me so much that I had to do it it bothers me that not one person offered to help. Very unprofesional.

We are remodeling our kitchen and was having a difficult time locating the sink we liked. Ann from kitchen design spent at least 30 minutes on the phone with me looking up sinks. The next day we went in to the store and she again helped and we ordered one that fit our wishes. She took the time to be helpful and we appreciated it. In fact I was a bit surprised as everyone had a great attitude and took the time to see if we needed help.
