I bought a grinder at harbor f and when I needed a new buffer wheel it is not available. They said soory. Now my new grinder is no good. I tried all other stores and hardwares no good. I wish they would have told me there is no replacement grinding wheels available. Now I have a grinder that is no good. There is a new northern tool company in Ocala florida and I think I will have to do buisness with them. After talking to a supervisor named Jeff In california all he could say was sorry. What a shame.

Had a great experience they had a great selection and lots of great stuff to look though. The only thing I didnt like was not having a lot of staff roaming the floor but that is a minor thing. Really enjoyed it I plan on going again soon.

Horrible customer service I bought a big tool box. And they wouldnt let me use the Dolly they made me carry it out by myself... They talk to you with no respect.. wouldnt recommend this place to a dog. Its horrible

Tried to return a repicating saw and they would not take it with out giving store credit. Every tool i got stopped working. Hate stores that do this now down tools and no way to return them.

Inexpensive tools. Need a tool quick and not concerned about the quality, this is your place. I get sand paper and grinding wheels all the time. Staff is helpful and great prices!!
