Worst Customer Service I have ever experienced! Purchased a 27 inch 11 drawer cabinet from Lakeland store on 6/16/2016 and discovered when I unpacked that the bottom roller cabinet was locked. I have a Mustang which the box will not fit in and the store is an hour’s round trip so I Called customer service and they promised to send me a replacement and email a shipping label to return defective roller cabinet. BY 6/22/2016 I still had not received replacement cabinet or shipping label, I called them again, yet another 30 minute phone call and again they promised to ship. Today is 6/30/2016 and despite 5 phone calls and as many emails still have not received cabinet or shipping label.

Very poor service. My wife purchased a $7 item and used coupon of 20% and free item. I came next and had a purchase for my business and a personnel purchase but we were told we were together and the policy is two per custermer . Very poor service and very poor coupon policy. The way I see it we would have had to go in store at two different time to use discount , and pretending we didnt know each other. Also the purchases were all being done by different credit cards. The solution was leave it all there and walk out !

Great place to buy affordable tools and hardware. Always try to get things on sale to save even more. Remember this is Harbor Freight not Snap On Tools. Yes the quality may be not quite as good as some, but the prices cant be beat. Most of the time you wont be disappointed.
