I wish I could do negative stars for the customer service here. My wife and I broke down about ten miles away. Were not from the area, about 60 miles from home. All I needed was a set of brake pads. A passerby offered to give us a lift there and back. They sold us the wrong pads which I had no way of knowing until I got back to the truck and way back to the store. Called them back and they refused to do anything about it at all. The "manager" JACOB who we were talking to, was also very rude to my wife and myself. Left us stranded on the side of the road holding an empty brake caliper And overpriced pads. Called the Napa auto parts down the road the other way and they sent a driver with the right pads, at less than half the price within 20 minutes. Never do business with this place. Spend your money at the Napa instead. JACOB should not be in a management position.

Ive purchased several different parts from this location - staff is very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. My niece also went in to purchase transmission fluid for her older Volvo and was treated with respect as well.

These folks try real hard to make sure I leave with everything I need to get the job done. Most parts are in stock and if not they can have it by next day or sooner in some cases. Good basic auto parts store.

This place is hit or miss. You might get a guy who knows what hes doing our you might get some kid that will give you the wrong belt size the three times. Or itll take you forever to even be served.
