I was just hung up on by one of the managers or employees after being on hold for over 17 minutes. All I needed was 5 rubber exhaust mounts NI brand, part number 17219 and theyre out on the isle! Is that really impossible to find? Took me less than a minute never being in the store before to find an hour before this, and now Im about to drive to Bennett auto in Orlando where at least I know the service exists for the retail customers! I would definitely like to have a Distric/Regional manager chat with me about the customer service Ryan and Jason feel is okay to give. Maybe some retraining in what your job description is. It may only be a $30 sale, but every customer should be given 5 stars, this is embarrassing to me.

Stopped in this morning to have my check engine light scanned. When I asked about it, I was told that I would have to wait because people were in the store, and the guy couldnt leave. Thats perfectly fine. But, when 4 other employees are standing there chit-chatting, it shows a real lack of customer support. I drove across the street to OReillys and had it scanned within minutes.

Bad customer service was told to wait for CELight because people behind me. Its fine if that is your policy but explain it to your customers. Person obviously didnt want to help me either. No codes came up and when asked they said its just one of those cars that do that. Went to oreillys across the street no problems at all and the people there are so friendly.

Went to the new one in Mt. Dora. The man was VERY helpful, fast, and courteous. He even carried my items to my car for me. Ill definitely go back and also refer them to my friends. Thank you AutoZone, you rock!!!
