Did not like at all. Lack of help. Unprofessional. Today I went shopping around for a car battery. A guy that look like the manager had a red collard shirt. I told him need a test on the battery. He did. I told him I need some quotes on battery prizes. So right away he ask for the car info searched in the computer click and he just plainly asked for $$189. Did not search for different quotes on battery prizes which is hes responsibility to do so. He just plainly asked for $189. I said sir please give me other quotes on batteries please. He gave me another quote for $119. I looked at him and plainly said Ty I will shop around somewhere else. I saw greed in his actions. Thank God Im not a very stupid woman but a wise ☝woman. I will never go back again.

Awful customer service, a guy said he would help me when he is done with his other customer, no problem! Except I didnt think it would take him 15 minutes he had me wait while he changed this other customers battery WHILE 3 other associates passed me and didnt ask me for help at all and there was no one else in the store! Is this guy the only one who knows how to do his job? I shouldnt of waited that long especially when there was other employees who were free, I ended up leaving
