Purchased a battery online for my mothers Jeep since it was close to her house. The website says they will install batteries, wiper blades, etc. But when she arrived the guy behind the counter said "we do not offer that service here". NONE OF THE FOUR MEN WORKING THERE WOULD INSTALL HER BATTERY! Seriously its probably a 5 minute job. What a joke.
