I made an appointment to have my battery changed. Subsequently, I was informed I needed to have my coolant manifold replaced (tube corroded). I authorized given that I was told the car could not be driven. After two days and more than $800 later - I drove away with no air conditioning (which was working fine when I arrived). I immediately called to report this issue and was told I could not bring the car back that evening because there was not a mechanic on duty, but, to return on Monday AM. I returned on Monday (Mechanic standing in waiting room said - oh yeah, shell have to go to the dealer because sometimes when you replace the battery in those things censors or something have to be recovered before even assessing the car). At no time during my multiple days of service was I warned that there may be elements of the battery replacement or more major work that they could not manage given my car type. So, I waited for 2.5 hours on Monday to be told that whether it was the battery or the colant manifold replacement - they could not fix the issue with my air (or diagnose it) because they went as far as they could. They should have warned me at time of appointment if there were known issues with their capabilities to service my vehicle. Their customer service and guarantee to stand behind their work fell spectacularly short.

I recently set up and appointment to have my tires rotated as i was making a trip out of state. I brought my car here on friday morning. After checking in and waiting not too long i was told they werent legally allowed to rotate my tired bc my back tires had less tread the front and he gave me a bill to fix the issue (my steering wheel per the mechanic had too much play therefore causing my front tires to wear unevenly and i had wires about to pop through my tires with a quote of 1500.00 to fix said issues.) Well i wasnt planning on spending that kind of money and left. So first thing i did was try to wobble the wheel and there was no give. So i went to work and called firestone to see if they could do it no problem. I did not give them the background info pepboys told me. They called me in 2 hours tires rotated 10 bucks later. I asked about the condition of my tires and he said oh they back is about 85% and the front 75% tread and they didnt see any reason not to roatate. So i got back home and called another store to ask about policy and they informed me firestone adheared to the same policies and rules. I did call the eustis store and spoke with a manager he took his "mechanics" side of course. Needless to say i will not be recommending these crooks and giving their corporate offices a call

Just called and asked about a tire. I only need one; because one started to split on me and also had a nail in it. Luckily it went flat while it was parked and didnt happen while I was driving. Anyways, I dont want to buy a new tire, because I plan to have them all replaced after the holidays. Ive looked around and saw cheaper prices for a new tire. Yet they just quoted me a $100. Ill pass. Dishonest practices. Deceitful price claims. Almost 60 dollars for a synthetic blend oil change when it was advertised as $29.95. Bait & switch They charged me over 10 dollars for an extra quart of oil when my car takes the advertised 5 quarts. I know! I have owned this car for 15 years. I will stay away from here NO MATTER WHAT THEY ADVERTISE.

Describe experience: 0n 3-3-17 1130 ish. I would if I had one. Invisible man at the counter could not help. I hope this location fails or goes back to California. We need a diverse and honest auto shop in this strip mall. My prayers go out to Manny, Moe, and Jack. Rating is a one star shooting downward.

Recent visit for overheating problem. Recommendation was to replace head gaskets or the engine. Second opinion from Surge at COMPLETE DISCOUNT AUTO EUSTIS resulted in thousands of dollars in savings with a radiator replacement. DONT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!!! GO TO Surge!!!

Customer service was horrendous. Would never go here again. Had an appintment. They took my car for about an hour. Then came back and said their equipment broke and they could not tell me the problems with my csr. Thankfully they didnt charge me.

We got a nail in our tire on the Saturday we were leaving for our vacation. Called Pep Boys, they said they could check it asap-brought it to them and they fixed it perfectly. We were on our way within an hour. THANKS!

They wanted $50 just to look at my car and not even do anything to it. The gentleman was nice but its pricey and the last time I brought my old car here, they charged way more for an oil change than anywhere else.

I went there to get brakes and they had me waiting two hours without updates before they even inspected the Jeep. They said they have wifi, but it didnt work and staff didnt seem to care. I wont ever go back.

I know the guys work has hard as they can but I came in for an oil change, its slow as anything, and they quoted me 45 minutes to an hour for an oil change ....
