The first time I went there one of the employees was very helpful. Recently, I went to get some help about an engine light and the employee was not rude but not very helpful. Think about someone doing the minimum needed to be considered employed. That was my latest experience there. Although Autozone is more convenient for me to go to I will go to Advance Auto just up the road.

This store needs a revamp! Just call the store! No one will answer and when you just go there. They will have two customers. Really! And then an attude from hell! No customer service! They talk down to you like you dont know what your doing.

The worst customer service ever, employee didnt wanna help, I wanted to borrow a wire stripper he said they dont have it bcs they only do battery installation. People love advance auto parts bcs their stuff is lot more helpful

This place is horrible. .I waited almost 2 hours to order a part because they only have one person working ..I being placed on hold all that time. .never again this is disgusting
