I am writing this thank you to your company for the assistance they gave me on the phone yesterday. I am in the process of installing air on my 280 Sundancer and couldnt figure how to get the water supply line from the seacock to the air cond.unit. I could not find any help on line in any forums, but someone suggested I contact your company.So Sunday I wrote on your help line and was pleasently surprised that Monday morning not only did I get a response but a phone call. I couldnt believe that I received a response that fast. I spoke to a gentleman named "Raphael" he was a world of information. Not only did he help me with my problem but went over everything to make sure my installation is a success. Raphael was patient and very polite making sure I understood everything. It is so refreshing to see that there are still companies and people like you left in this world. I would advise everyone to deal with a company like yours. Thank You, Bill Botkin

I am a working Yacht Captain on small to medium size yachts. Recently we contracted Yacht Aid Marine in Miami to install air conditioning units in our 42 Bertram Sports Fisher. We had space limitations due to the tight engine room. The air conditioning unit installation were mounted and ducted perfectly by Rafael and his team. These guys are real professional and did a terrific job installing the air conditioning. I HIGHLY recommend Yacht Aid Marine for marine air conditioning installation on any boats or yachts and actually any marine installs. I had Yacht Aid Marine llc install a/c and bowthruster on my 57 bertram and I am very happy and i will definitely have them work on my boat again, they are great at what they do. I am the pickiest person when it comes to my 57 after all I paid for this boat. I am a perfectionist and I like all my things to be done perfectly, and these guys did it. I do not have one complaint about my boat when they returned it in to me. The boat was spotless. I will be going back to them in February to update all my electronics and probably a tuna tower. I DEFINITELY RECOMEND YACHT AID MARINE LLC TO ANYONE WITH A YACHT, MEGA YACHT OR EVEN SMALLER BOATS THESE GUYS ARE TOP NOTCH!! 5 STARS

I went to get a quote for a Bow-Thruster for my 63" Bertram; the customer service was great, the price was a blast, and besides that the service installation was really satisfactory since they schedule a service visit within 2 days and the Bow Thruster is working really good!
