For Autocenter part: Went in with 2 new tires in hand purchased at another walmart for installation. Was informed that new tires couldnt be installed on the front of vehicle, something about company policy. asked about the charges for installation, was told that it would be 9 usd for tire and if the vehicle had tpms, tire pressure monitoring system, that I wouldnt be charged 3 usd for each new valve stem that vehicles without tpms require. The vehicle in question, 2011 toyota corolla LE has tpms, so i was surprised when I saw the bill included a charge for a valve stem. I was told that the type of tpms that the car has wasnt the kind that didnt need new valve stems, still dont understand that, whatever, anyways if you are looking for tire installation the best place is Sam Club as they have a package for USD 15 per tire that includes rotation, balancing, roadside hazard warranty for tire change for up to 3 years after purchase, puncture fixing, air, etc while walmart charges 5 usd per rotation if the rotation is not after each 7500 miles, and another amount for the roadside hazard warranty.

Well Walmart wont get my automotive business again. I walked into Walmart at 7am and met with the auto care center manager look for tires that was needed. Of course they didnt have them, so I was told they would have to order it. I was OK with that, I asked the price of the tire and he stated $86.00per tire. He started my order and felt he didnt have time to finish my order at 7 in the morning so he passed it his service manager. She felt the same way and ask if I would write my name, number, and the size of the tire. She wrote the price of the tire on the paper when I asked again the price of the tire. She stated 86.00 per tire. A few days go by and no call from Walmart, I end up calling to check the status of my order. I was told theyre there , I again ask how much for each tire and was told the same price 86.00. So here its now Wednesday and I came to put the new tire on my car and was told my tire is 105.00 per tire plus tax. Really.!! I asked for management and no help. If you want to waste time and money with bad customer service then this is the Walmart for you.

They have two cashiers in the department where they sell car tires, it took me 25 minutes wait on and only had two people ahead. At last I was treated when I was told I have to wait four hours to put my car 4 new tires I buy. While waiting for them to put the tires on my car, I went to buy a drink and a small package of potatoes, only had open seven registers, and I had to make a long line to buy 3 items, not amazing, cashier never greeting and she had not put her Bach with her name. Among the womens bathroom being back in the few lights that had lit it went out, as most were broken, I left in the dark in the bathroom, unbelievable.I can not believe with all the money making Walmart, this particular store this so neglected. One of the cashiers of the auto center where they sell tires was talking on his cell phone with a hearing aid post and any manager sees that. The young man who put my car tires was very friendly, I give him 5 stars, smiling and good worker.

The employees at Walmart on 199th and 27th avenue are not LGBT friendly. Im a transgendered woman and advocate for the LGBT community. I went in to purchase some items. When walking off i heard this roar of laughter that sent me vibrations thru the entire front part of the store. I Turned around and started recording the coustomer service department for about 10 seconds. The derogatory names they used to describe me shocked not only me but my friend who I was with. This Walmart branch has needs tons of sensitivity training. Especially in the COUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT.

I just went last night to get two bags of chips. Horrible idea. First time in that Wal-Mart, all of the employees looking ghetto. Looked like the entire hood shopped there. And it was pretty obvious when there was a sheriff standing at the entrance of the site, looked like that was a regular thing for them. Not to mention at 9 oclock at night on a Sunday there were maybe five lanes open and they were all packed like hell. Needless to say I dropped my two bags of chips and left elsewhere.

This is one of the WORST WALMARTS ever.... There is a supervisor named Berlinda who should not be in management...she is SUPER LAZY and is EXTREMELY RUDE....I will be writing a letter to corporate because not only do I love to shop at Walmart...but I believe MANAGEMENT should be more responsible and respectful....they should lead by example. If this is thee examples set by such a WONDERFUL CORPORATION.....(which I know its not)....then Walmart is in BIG TROUBLE!!!

Impressed by their shoe section but not by much else. I will say that inside, aisles and products were relatively picked up and organized but outside? I think they must have only one older gentleman picking up carts for the entire lot which means traffic is obstructed terribly thanks to so many inconsiderate customers just leaving their carts where they sat when they finished unloading them. Dont see myself choosing to return to this Walmart in the future.

I have had the worse shopping experience EVER and I believe that some of Walmarts policies need revision. Customers should be made aware that electronic items CAN NOT be EXCHANGED OR RETURNED without a receipt. Management seemed hell-bent on the idea that there was nothing they could do to resolve my issue. What is all the 30 day, 90 day marketing scam crap. I fell into this trap -feeling secure about my purchase. Customer service..... *PLEASE
