This Neighborhood Walmart is a horiffic place to shop. The store manager, Jamie Bryant is an incompitant oaf along with the customer service center. When asking for assistance in returning my goods their is always an excuse as to why they cant take the item back and refund my money even with a receipt. The manager acts as though she does not care about the customers actual needs and that goes for her managers as well. When trying to avoid the long lines by using the Self-Checkout option they lead employees are useless. Once I checked out and needed an associates authorization I was immediately helped by a nice cashier, the machine went stupid, and I then needed a supervisors authorization...WHY DOES IT TAKE MANAGEMENT 10 to 15 MINUTES TO ASSIST AT THE REGISTERS??!!?!?! And when asking for help to where to find an item my answer once was Oh Im on my Lunch break".. well o.k you can still point me to the peanut butter.... Instead of adding new cashiers every week the company should be replacing the rude customer service managers with more civilized associates.To continue there are NEVER any carts available at the store and that is any time of day or night that I shop. And as a mother and a WIC user it is difficult to find exactly the right items approved. The store blames it on the program but it doesnt make sense that only on aisle in the store as WIC identification cards to let you know ecaxtly which item is approved...going through four boxes of cereal to see which I can purchase is not a guessing game I enjoyed playing. In conclusion the store from the filty parking lot to the unorganized customer service desk..to the pharmacy and messy produce is just a hot ass mess and management is to blame. My husband and I will no longer shop at this walmart. We rather be another number at a super center than victims of wretched customer serivice at this convient neighborhood torture chamber.

This place really gets me. I cant stand when employees are rude to their customers. The first and last time I came here I asked a woman for help and she acted like she couldnt hear me. I had to tap her on the shoulder and she turns around with a mean look on her face saying "what". I backed up and told her never mind because I definitely dont want to deal with any of these employees that are rude to their paying customers. I cant even ask for assistance. How do someone represent a store with a nasty attitude. So I rather take my money else where.

For autocenter part: went in for installation of two new tires. The new tires are 215/60/r15 and the recommended tires are 195/65/r15 for the stock rims on car. The male service manager of the auto center refused to put the new 205 /60/r15 tires on the grounds that it was a liability to install tires that are wider than the recommended size. I went to the walmart at 19501 NW 27th Ave, Miami Gardens, FL and got the 205 /60/r15 tires installed.on stock rims, it is what it is.

A FINGERNAIL was in a slice of a carrot cake I purchased. TOTALLY GROSS! I returned to the cake and kept the plate with the nail AS PROOF, and was treated as if I was just a bother to the manager who was just coming into the store. She didnt seem to care if I continued as customer and appeared to be an inexperienced manager!!! I emailed corporate and they forwarded the message so the same store manager. WOULD YOU SPEAK TO HER AGAIN????? LETS SEE IF MY ATTORNEY WILL?

When me and my mother go shopping at night i always ask if i can help the workers put items on the shelf and she would say noo so i would then ask her if i can work there over the summer because i want to own a business one day thats why i like going there just really to help put items on the shelf and be something in life im 15 looking dor a simple job @ Wal-Mart now that my mom would let me thank GID

Worse Wal-Mart Ive been at so far. The service is upsetting. Ill assume 5 PM is like peak hours when everyone coming from work could just grab something on the way home. For a store as big as Wal-Mart how come you have only two register open at 5 PM. And whats the point of having self check out if youre not putting them to use. Im not going back anytime soon.

Its unfortunate that former associates feel the need to post horrendous lies about the store. This is a great place and Google is not the place to slander people or places. There are associates who still work here and take a lot of pride in the store and do not appreciate people posting such lies, this is our job and we love it!

I like it. Most item prices are cheaper than any other places Ive shopped in before. Its clean too! I also love how the manager is on top of employees! Now, what I dont like is how not many cash registers are open & I see that usually people shop there a lot . . That needs to be fixed. But other than that, I like the place :)

I dont understand why it says open 24 hrs when they actually are not, I came in at 3 am because it said it was 24 open and when I got there they told me that theyve been closing earlier because of a system failure??!! And is the system working during the day? Very bad experience not what I expect from Walmart at all!!!

What I didnt like was that we return some items without a receipt my son was told that he would be given a gift card that was no problem the problem was being told that we have to buy something from the same department it is my money I should be able to use it in any way I choose

Not the best Walmart but its on my neighborhood and its convenient. Unfortunately most of the time the cash registers are unattended and sometimes the self check out machines are down leaving only one poorly maintained self check out machine.

This place started well enough, a breath of fresh air and good prices. Then, Hialeah moved in, in both management and clientele. Now it is a free-for-all, inconsistent experience. Very much wish corporate would come back and clean up.

- Good workers but not enough on the cash registers. - Dog food is in the freezer with the ice cream - long lines with only 2 self checkout open Disappointing to have to drive miles to a Publix when Walmart market is around the corner.

Very convenient and they have really good produce and self check out makes it easier to get in and get out instead of going to a foot field sized Wal-mart with a 30 minute wait with thousands of people in the store and 3 lines open :)

The loyalty with them is garbage and when the assistance managers know u coming for there jobs the find a way to get ride of u but mark is a great store manager also only if he really knew..his management team..
