If you do not like dealing with customers do not pursue a job in retail! The young lady who worked in the fitting room tonight has HORRIBLE customer service. She had the nerve to give an attitude,talking with her back to us like she could care less. 5 minutes until the fitting room closed and she wouldnt let us try on any clothing. Mind you the store closed THIRTY minutes later. Said "she wasnt going to lose her job because of us trying on clothes" LOL babygirl you need to find another job if thats the case. As for the manager,the woman, you have power to do a lot of things,such as allow me to try on the 1 or 2 items of clothing I had after being unsatisfied with your employee. I will be calling corporate in the morning to complain. I liked coming to this location and never had this issue. I will never spend my money at this location AGAIN. I have no problem driving to the cleaner and much nicer location on Sample rd.

Very rude employees specially Customer Service Managers. Bought a pair of boots and after a month the sole is coming off Customer Service Manager was really rude and said he could not do anything about it...$50 dollar boots falling apart after a month and he couldnt do anything about I couldnt believe it he was so rude has no customer skills at all he needs to get some Customer Service Training. Today Burlington lost a customer these type of people forget that is people like me who shop at their store that they have job if people dont spend their money in their store they are out of a job these are very ignorant people if you dont like your job go quit and find another one. I apologize if this does not apply to all the managers in this store but the one that was rude and nasty to me was a tall dark skin old looking man... so rude

Huge store with everything you need! Huge selection of clothing for the whole family! The store is very clean and looks very nice. However, the ladies dressing room was very rundown. Several doors didnt lock properly, and there was a lot of trash people had left behind. Also, the ladies restroom could have been better kept. But the shopping area itself was very well kept.

Went in to shop for shoes, luggage and one or two shirts for my trip and found management watching me for a long time. I rarely visit this place mainly because its out of the way and very disorganized. This location is not as welcoming as the Sawgrass location. I dont believe that I will return here again.
