I rate a one star because this deli is ALWAYS slow. I dont understand what is the point of the online ordering because EVERY time we use it, I still have to wait 20 minutes to get only 3/4 pound of Turkey. On top of that their assistant deli manager Manday Fajardo is rude. We went up to her to ask about our online order and she blew us off and said shed help as right after the next customer. Three customers next, nothing. WE asked again and she rolled her eyes and ignored us. Finally got fed up with waiting after 20 minutes and asked her about our online order. She looked as though she had no idea what we were talking about. We did not send the order to another store, we only go to this store all the time. Im going to start shopping elsewhere. Not even another publix

Staff is GREAT, but Publix has been taking products off their range. These products , like garlic boligna, head cheese may not sell much, but they create traffic, of better paying clients. They are also DESTROYING the Bakery. They stopped making the breakaway baguette, they are making it hard to find Tuscan Garlic bread, and they moved to a lower quality flour on their Deli Rye bread. It used to be fantastically good, and baked in the store. Now it comes frozen, and broken, because the flour is lower quality. To make things worst, they have reduced personnel at the bakeries, so service has gotten worse . If they continye on this path, they will have more drops in sales, and eventually go broke... EAIE UP Publix Management !!!

I wish Publix would stops changing items from isles so often.... I have been goin to this specific Publix for almost 5 years... And all of a sudden the changed items and now I literally have to browse the whole entire store just to find something... It is highly annoying, cause this causes for me to waste time.... Why??? Well, not even the employees know certainly where the items are at anymore!!!! This is ridiculous!!!! The only thing I know where it is... If the fruits and veggies... Cause even the frozen food has been thrown around ... Sighs** I understand the whole "up-selling marketing" here... But you are not paying me to waste my time...

Awesome Publix! Super friendly staff and very quick to help! Cashiers always run smoothly (and if they dont, its usually the customers fault, not the cashier slowing it down), deli food rocks (I swear this Publix deli is better than others Ive been to), and the Bakery is fantastic! Oh, and someone mentioned online ordering issues, which Ive done several times and never had an issue with. Its always waiting for me at the time that Ive asked for it (cold cuts or subs). Sounds like it was a bad day that day, or they had just rolled it out. Anyway, yay for Publix!

i rarely do groceries at this publix because 1) they never have what i actually want, and 2) to get in out of this shopping center is an utter nightmare. this review is specifically about the subs. if youre looking for a good, quick meal, publix subs are pretty amazing and oftentimes overlooked. they have the freshest ingredients and a selection of meats and cheeses that no can really compete with because they are a deli. you can also order your sub online and just pick it up when you get there. no lines, no fuss.

Team leaders should know that they are there to help the customers and follow protocol, not to be rude to the cutomers. I am also a PUBLIX employee and know their culture. Im surprised that someone who has been working for the company since 2001 does not know that. Luckily for her Im not the secret buyer.

Dont count on this publix for a special order item. When you place the order, they take down all you info and tell you they will call you and they never do. Then when you go question the managers no bodies knows jack about what happened.

Shopping is truly a please at this Publix. My family has gone to this Publix in Kendall for years and they never disappoint. Friendly to my children, kind to my older parents, and cleaner than most Publix shopping markets.
