When I first move here 6 years ago, the White people who worked there were ghetto trash from the south. Talking about us from New York when the people from the South, like Georgia, Kentucky, South Carolina are the nasty ones. And the native Floridians are the worst ones. I cant stand them, they want to scam and steal from you. Then there was Sharon and Saul Garcia who was stalking me and sexually harassing me. Also they planned to kill me. They even came to my Westwood 22 community to kill the Publix worker Elyse. She is Puerto Rican from the Bronx, very nice woman. She was murdered by these blood suckers. And Sharon and Saul are Jews! But they are evil. They killed Joshua, Vanessas family, Paul and his dog, Linda and numerous people. Their friend Vivien Lieboff killed a pregnant woman and put the dead baby in a mail box. Then they crucified a woman in someones back yard. Saul is a gay prostitute who performs oral sex on old men for $20. And Sharon steals from stores. They are cannibals they attacked a news crew.

Im just not fond of Publix, although this location is better than some of them. Overall, I think the layout is weird. Most stores have food on one side and other things on the other side. Not these people, you have to wander all over the store to find just a few things, even if theyre all either food, or non food. I know theyre trying to get you to make impulse buys, but its just irritating. I also dont like having veggies prepackaged. I rarely need a half pound of ginger, but if I dont want to buy the huge chunk in the package, I have to track down someone in produce and have it divided. Same thing with zucchini and other stuff. I like to pick my produce individually. Theyre also overpriced as compared to other big chains that weve used before, i.e. Safeway, Krogers, etc. I really wish we had more choices in supermarkets. As it is, we have to go out of our way to Walmart or other places to avoid shopping at Publix.

I use this store regularly and normally never have complaints. But as of today getting a sub, A older lady had such bad customer service and treated me so poorly that I would think twice about coming back. She didnt want to serve me a sandwich like I am a nuisance to her. All I wanted was the sub and that is it. She overdoses the sandwich in vinegar and oil to the point I could not eat the sandwich. She didnt even let me finish ordering my items and kept cutting me off. Hopefully, this is a fluke but it was horrible service and horrible $6 bucks spent.

VERY tired of having to call corporate customer service to havr this publix carts collected that have benn taken out of the parking lot and left all over our streets. All other Publix have locking carts. I was told its not cost effective by the assistant mamager when I went in and asked if they would come to retrieve their carts left in front of my neighborhood! So, in other words, ok to devalue our homes, neighborhood and town with their carts, but not ok to dip into their budget to prevent it!

Me and my boyfriend waited in line for 30 mins for just one sub. The employees were taking their precious time and one specific employee named Caitlyn decided to take the online order first when there was a line waiting to order their food. We were very disappointed with the service. We will not be returning to this Publix. I normally never rate the service of food places but this one was the most disappointing and had to let everyone know their service was horrible.

I went to this Publix today with my husband and I decided to get a sub. The lady at the sub station told me that if I got a whole ultimate sub instead of a half, it would be a better deal. I told her the whole would be too much for me and the other half would end up in the garbage. She kept persisting until finally my husband had to yell at her to just make the half. Bottom line, listen to the customer, its their sub, not yours.

I Had a faulty grocery bag, unluckily there was a jar of pickles in there. It fell out as I was walking to my apartment and smash my toe then broke and shattered on the street. I called customer service and spoke to Colleen the supervisor and she was rude as hell. I am going to do one better and call corporate

Disgusting service the manager is so rude and obnoxious. My husband and i shop there almost every day. We wanted to return some disgusting cookies. Publix policy states you dont need a receipt for anything under $5 . The racist manager refused to take it back . So we are calling corporate

They have really gone down hill. Its no longer cold, in the hottest days of the year they choose to save on air conditioning. Employees dont care to say hello, thank you, nothing. Lines are a wreck and the neighborhood is no longer safe. Go to fresh market and save yourself the aggravation.

Great publix. Terrible deli people during the day shift but night shift are great! Always long lines for subs and they dont even acknowledge you when you step up instead they start making an online order or walk away without saying "hello" or "Ill be right with you". At least smile people!

This is probably the best Publix in this Area. The Staff is really friendly and helpful. The Store is clean, organized and they always have a smile on theyre face. This is the Publix we always went to, even if we just need a gallon of water...

This has been my neighborhood supermarket for a while. Usually well stocked with products. The BOGO items are conveniently located as you walk into the store. Parking is usually not an issue. The staff here are friendly and attentive.

I picked up a prescription from the pharmacy and the Pharmacy Manager was so rude and short with me. He didnt want to answer any of my questions and made me feel like I was inconveniencing him. Extremely unprofessional!!

Great place. Really is one of the best Publix locations in the area. I regularly go in for subs and the deli staff is attentive and friendly. They never leave you waiting either, which is great.

The staff is friendly. The bakery always has a variety of items. Almost everytime I go they have the chocolate cake slices with buttercream icing I love. I found everything I was looking for.

Clean, love the sushi!! The chef is the best!! Also everyone is very friendly. Bakery Dept always have free cookies for kids, if they dont they will open a new package for you :0)

This Publix used to be our neighborhood market. My wife and myself decided not to shop here any more because of the rude employees and long lines at the subs area.
