This review for the Deli only - terrible attitudes from almost all of them, definitely the handful of times Ive been to the sandwich counter, not necessarily the meats and cheeses counter. I also placed an online order today that went terribly. They had 25 minutes to fulfill a simple flatbread pizza order (takes maybe 1-2 minutes max to complete?). I arrived 3 minutes prior and the counter was not busy at all - 2-3 people waiting. I see -after- the time when the order was due, a woman puts it in the oven, then proceeds to assist someone else at the hot counter. I ended up getting it - without any apology or explanation for lateness or prioritization - 5 minutes after it was due. Seriously whats the point of putting in an order ahead of time if I need to wait longer than people who are in line? This area of this particular Publix needs a lot of work. Ive never had a problem with online ordering at any other Publix and have used the service with at least 3 others.

I drove to Sunrise from West Palm Beach for a party. I forgot that I had to bring a fruit plate to the event and went to this Publix to pick one up. They usually prepare it at the Deli but there were so many customers that it was going to take hours before I would get my order. So I ran to the produce department and started grabbing items to put a fruit plate together once I arrived to the party (tacky!) and the produce associate, Gary, noticed what I was doing and out of kindness he started preparing one for me. He was quick and super courteous. If anyone who works at this Publix reads this, you need to give Gary from produce a raise because he saved my party disaster!

This has to be the worst Publix in Broward County. Ive been working in the food business for 8 years and this store does everything a retail outlet is not supposed to do. The staff is rude and not helpful. Only one of the deli managers and a cashier are nice, everyone else has a nasty attitude. The signage for bogos and other sales are often wrong and you end up arguing with cashiers and managers because of it. Other Publix stores have a wide gamut of products and specialty items, most which youll never find in this store. If I could give this store -5 stars I would.

I been living near this Publix for over 15 years and I was just getting off work I stop in for a chicken sub low and behold when I walked to the deli I see a dog in the shopping cart where everyone place there food items (IM PISSED) Didnt know publix allow dogs which are not service dogs in there stores LOOK PEOPE PET ARE NOT PEOPLE AND SHOULDNT BE WHERE WE EAT OR BUY OUR FOOD so for this reason my rating have to be a 1 star. FYI: I will be contacting corporate Monday morning. I wish I can post the picture on this site.

Worst Publix I have ever been to. Never in my life have I had to wait 30 minutes for a sub, and Ive been ordering subs for over 12 years. Ive complained twice to the manager before and left without a sub on more than one occasion. One person working the deli for 7 plus people PLUS online orders. Always short staffed and the deli manager is never helpful. He never has an answer or a solution. If I was the manager and it was that backed up, Id get behind the counter and start making subs myself.

Produce section looked like a Hurricane was pending, bananas scarce, juices shelves fairly empty mid rush hour time. Maybe the produce and juice truck broke down. This local publix always disappoints! While drive farther from now on considering i do prefer publix over others. My neighbors refer to it as the ghetto Publix, though its in a nice part of town. Sunrise on Oakland/ Nobhill. Step it up guys!

Bad. Cuz waiting for ordering my lunch. At the deli for 20 min there had a,long line around 1130 am. There are two worker only too slow and one lady is focusing from calling to order the lunch. One only woman to help at the people not right. Should have four people to work for the customers i saw,othertwo workers at the back they cleaned up at the sink and the freezer room

I come to publix daily and i usually love the customer service, i understand its late (9:29pm) but niecy the cashier wasnt polite, took the cash from my hand, didnt say thank you & when i said it (twice) she didnt feel the need to respond. Also they already closed down the soup area and i feel 9:30 is too soon.

Very friendly staff. In some places they are so busy with private conversations you feel like youre intruding. Here youre welcome to chime in and join their banter. If you ask where something is, theyll walk you to the spot. Their pharmacy staff is great too. Its a small store with a big heart.

Service here is shakey, on some days its good and others it isnt. A couple of days ago I was there and the cashier was a little rude to the customers in line and forgot to give me my other bag so I had to talk to someone at customer service just to get what I paid for.

The last 4 times that ive purchased half gallons of milk from this company has been horrable. The milk expires 5 days before the expiration date. Ive also had a loaf of publix brand bread expire as well before the expire date. Will no longer buy these products there

They do not inspect the eggs for fecal matter here. Several times I have shopped here the eggs have been covered in chicken feces (along with cracked.) I fear for anyone who dies of salmonella poisoning while shopping at this disgusting health hazard.

Deli is consistently very behind on online orders and very few employees are friendly. There is a smaller amount of specialty items and little variety at this publix. Youre better off at another publix.

The worst publix. This is my local Publix but refuse to go there. Id travel 5 miles and go to plantation. Parking is horrible and matches theyre customer service.
