My wife and I have been coming strictly to this publix since 2009, never had an issue. The employees of that time knew us and were great with us. Fast forward to now and we have 3 kids, two a baby twins. My wife got into couponing but isnt really extreme, mainly does it for things we need around the house, especially formula for the babies. Well we now have several employees who I believe one is a supervisor and the other a manager who make it known they dont want us there. They always make it seem as if we are up to something and make us feel very uncomfortable. They follow us through the store and if they are no where to be seen, sure enough during check out they appear and monitor whats going on. My job pays me for mileage I accrue and gives me company checks, I tried to cash 2 and both times the same 2 guys keep questioning me on the checks and would call other managers and speak amongst themselves as if Im up to something and then refuse to cash my checks. Im honestly tired of being treated like this as if Im a criminal. I will stop coming here. Funny thing is, Im a fraud investigator for an insurance company, with over 12 years of investigative criminal and insurance fraud related experience.

Publix, where shopping at Laguana Isles is a piss poor experience. 8 pm, warm case in deli is bone dry!!! Never in my life have I ever experienced a Publix that is always out of stock and no one on the floor working. YOU NEED DISPLAYS TO SUPPORT YOUR FREAKING ADS!!! RAIN CHECKS DONT MEAN A THING AS THEY EXPIRE BEFORE YOU HAVE A CHANCE TO REDEEM THEM. Your sales are supposed to run for 1 week, but out of stock by da y 2!!

The worst deli of them all. I stopped in for a sub on my lunch break. I was given lunch meat that was definitely not sliced that same day. The meat was old and crusty around the edges. The turkey was so old that parts of it were turning clear and crumbling off. Youre probably better off starving then getting a sub from this group of winners!

I think there has been a change in Mgr recently as every experience is less and less enjoyable. Of concern is the deli in which I can barely communicate with the staff. I escalate to the Asst Cust Sbc MGR, who thought I should wait an hour and speak to the Store MGR... long story short I will shop elsewhere....

I Love the the people who Work at THIS Store. I might not know all their names vice versa but they. Know me. Help me. Times bring a scooter to the car w/o me even asking.. saying hello asking how I am doing etc.. I spend more than I should for a dIsabled widow but sometimes its worth it to my Heart.

My wife and I have been customers of this particular Publix since it was open, and it is a pleasure every time that we have to go to the pharmacy, Justin Marrero and yesenia Fike are the best. they are friendly and really know how to deal with customers.

The Deli area can use some customer service re-training. The staff never acknowledges you when you are waiting for assistance. They make you wait before they help you just to do w/e they are doing not even assisting other customers.

This place is the worse under staffed. Never have more then 2 registers open at a time. The sub line and hot food case are damn near impossible to get food in a timely manner on lunch break i would give them a negative rating!!!!

The store is good, very good service, but unfortunately the deli area, particularly for preparing wraps and subs, is way too slow. I wish they were faster, like their options for a quick meal

Best subs in Pembroke pines. If you ever ask for a sub make sure that Adrian is the one that does it. He is amazing and will make your day
