Not sure if this guy is a manager or just a cashier, but he was extremely rude and looked like he didnt want to be there( Tall, big guy who is middle aged). This isnt my first encounter with the man, Ive been to publix many times and every single time I get him as a cashier he is unpleasant, passive aggressive, and tries to show some type of dominance. This is opinionated, but I think that he might be border line racist. The incident that made me write this review is that he was super nice and friendly to the white couple in front of me but when I said "Hi" he didnt smile and responded with "yeah". After that awkward exchange of words the chip on my card didnt work (you know since the chip readers suck) I wanted to try again but he rushed me and told me that i needed to try another card since people were behind me. Thus, making my friend pay. Im no SJW nor am I person who is politically correct but if you have a hate towards Latinos maybe Weston isnt the place for you lol. Also,Publix you dont need someone like this guy at the cashiers because he is always unpleasant with me and my friends.

I love pubix! But this one should be shut down or at least under new management. Every time I visit this publix not only are the people shopping rude but the staff are terrible. 3 times I placed an online order only to show up and my food not ready. When I asked where it was I was told to hold my horses they were busy. This publix needs serious help. Do your self a favor shop elsewhere.

Worse store Publix runs...We call the store to place platter orders and they either put you on hold or nobody comes on. Countless of times they never have many of the items we normally we would pick up at other locations...How I miss the the people and the service at the Country Isles location

I am so disappointed, I asked my son to go and buy milk, and the manager did not let him in, because they werent letting kids go into the store, this is not right. The worst customer service and manager action, on my end I will make a formal complaint.

Ordered a pick up pub sub online and the deli got the entire order wrong. I dont understand how someone can get an order that was written out wrong, but somehow these employees managed to do it.

Every time I go into this publix Im very respectful now he doesnt want to let me and other kids go into the store, even though he makes money off of us! Worst experience ever!
