Reserved Crash Bandicoot for the PS4, they promised me a Aku Aku key chain which i was pumped about for weeks. Get there basically as soon as the store opens to pick up my game and key chain and of course there is none left. Pissed as hell, disappointed, and on top of that TERRIBLE customer service since they couldnt even give me a solid reason on why they didnt have any chains left. Just the typical BS answers. If i knew i was going to get screwed over like that i wouldve just bought it online through amazon since its a lot more convenient. Not surprised why all the GameStop stores are closing. I know for a fact i wont be spending a single dollar here again. Guess they have to sell lies along with games to stay in business.

This happened twice, I didnt catch it the first time but the second time i got extremely upset, usually all gamestops ask you nicely if you would want the warranty on the game which sometimes i do but sometimes i dont but this gamestop doesnt ask you, they just secretly charge you the warranty and after you paid they would say you have the warranty, I would write a huge complain in the feed back but I lost my receipts. What a huge scam!!

I came there to buy The Legend Of Zelda BOTW. I bought the game and asked Joshua (a member of the staff) if it would work on a european console. He answered yes. 2 hours after, I REALIZED HE TRICKED ME! I RECCOMEND YOU NOT TO TRUST THE FAT SELLER THAT ALWAYS LOOKS ANNOYED BY YOUR PRESENCE!
