Customer service is always great, and as fast as possible, the last time I was here, I was trading in a console, (which is a very time consuming process) but the cashier helped me trade it in as quickly as possible, without waisting time, and was very patient for the things that take naturally long process. And the most recent time I visited, today, the entire process was very smooth. 5 stars
