My beef with these guys is with one of the "managers" I came in with a "gamestop refurbished" used ps3 system that was literally 7 days past the warranty and they wouldnt trade it out, or give me credit towards a new system. I would have been ok with them "following the rules" or whatever, but the guy that was working was acting like he is better than me and talking down to me... Some of the guys on their staff are pretty cool, but they seem to all have that "I am better than you" attitude... I told them I was a local business owner and the way they treated me was not professional and they would not get anymore of my business from that store... Have I bought from gamestop? Sure... Just not from this one. If you go in and see a guy with a "jedi" ponytail, ask him how his jedi training is going...

I was in there today to trade in a cell phone. I had the bad fortune of dealing with the Assistant Manager, Amanda. She clearly has not taken customer service 101. She was so disrespectful and rude and clearly thinks she is better than everyone else. I will never shop at this Game Stop again. If you wish to be cheated and disrespected then shop here, if you want to be shown respect then shop at the Game Stop at the Melbourne Square Mall. I will be calling the corporate office to file a formal complaint about this ......person.

Bald dude that manages the place is the rudest human being Ive ever met. Honestly was three seconds from telling him to go f*** himself. Overly confrontational every time Im there, very arrogant, doesnt abide by company policy (which he makes up terrible excuses for), and just has the worst attitude of any employee Ive ever met of any establishment. Someone is going to rightfully put that guy in his place one day.

If you find yourself with one of the iffy employees like Corey S., youll have a bad experience. Abrupt and rude, slamming cabinets and the register. Overpowering body mist, too. Not a good experience this time, but I do appreciate their selection of video game titles and the atmosphere.

I phoned the Wickham location many many times and let the phone ring until the fax machine came on. It is my Grandsons birthday and I wanted to buy a quite expensive item he requested. Goodbye GameStop, hello Amazon!!!!

They are always really friendly and helpful every time I come in to this location. I have gone to most of the gamestops in the area and this is the only one I will go to now.
