They are the best GameStop that knows what youre talking about. And I would recommend Joneses GameStop there any order GameStop around here. When I need help at store or over the phone excellent help and better. I have never ever had any problems with this GameStop locations. In the Gamestop in they are no help when their friends come in the store they just talk to them and you have to ask for help or they wont help help you find what you need. third friends come first. And you have to ask for help when your friends are there. Or you wont get help unless you ask for help and they might help. But by the way their friends are nerdy like the workers there. Go to the one on North Wickham Road in front of Walmart. Theyre better help. Trust me when I say its true.

Poor customer service. Went here to spend some money. Was going to buy 2 new Nintendo 2ds s, with games and accessories to go with, 2 ps3 remotes, 1 ps4 remote. The girl working there was apparently too busy to help me even though I was the only one in the store. I asked her a few questions about the 2ds and got the impression I was bothering her. When she answered one question she walked away and continued whatever she was doing. Asked her to check another store for something and she blew me off. Ended up going to Wal-Mart. Usually I go to the one in the Merritt Square mall, never had a problem. Will not be returning to this location.

If your a collecter and your trying to get figures dont come here. Ive heard rumors about the employees taking all the best exclusives for them selfs. Any time you go in they claim to never have any in stock. When you ask why you get a different answer every time. And it is extremely frustrating.

Their app says they have something in stock and the actual store has probablly less then 2 in stock. Why advertise a hot new item that everybody wants and then not have enough stock to meet the demand?? It sounds like a setup to disappoint a lot of customers. Im not shopping at GameStop again!

Customer service was lacking yesterday. During the ten minutes that I was the next person in line, the least he could have done ewas acknowledge that I was standing there. Would rather make the trip to another store

Horrible customers service -- the apparent, "assistant manager" was incredibly rude and yelling across the store at customers for no reason. I would highly advise to stir away from this game stop .

Bad location. Rude assistant manager (who is known for being a jerk at other stores). They dont answer the phone. What else can I say.
