Ive lived here for 10 years and I have never once received half-decent customer service. The managers are rude and have no interest in helping customers. Ive witnessed other customers being treated crummy as well. If you need to return anything, try a different store. Having the receipt and returning a product within 30 days does nothing for you. The associates are clueless and not in the least bit amiable or helpful. Im always disappointed when I come here for purchases and returns.

Went into trade my sprint phone with Demetrious , he is very professional , honest and makes the whole process much easier. I always go to the corporate sprint store but I will now always go to the radio shack to have Demetrious help me out. He did an awesome job. Will recommend to any one who needs help with Sprint phones & accessories. Thanks again !

Called ahead for some LEDs. Had almost everything I needed. I went anyway since I was on a time crunch. The staff there wasnt a "pro" and had trouble answering some of my questions, but he helped to his fullest and made sure I had everything I needed for my project.

Absolutely ludicrous that these associates with Sprint are clueless about multitasking. Ignore you completely until they are done with what is in front of them. Go ANYWHERE else! Waste of your time at this location
