I like the furniture. Had to use another rental for 10 days until furniture ordered and delivered. Delivery was unorganized due to missing parts x 2 delivery visits. First delivery half of furniture left in home due to reorder for missing parts, it took a week. Second delivery missing parts again, workers had to leave and come back. Push me running late for work. Noted after set up headboard too loose and damage to dresser and footboard. Dresser damage moderate size wood splinter above drawer. Workers did not notify of damage in front of dresser, had to been noticed.

I schedule a return after 3pm and these fools came at 11:30am saying if they couldnt pick up the items right now they would call the cops. Which normally not a problem but I had movers who are paid by the hour already at my location. So I called the cops myself the cops told them to come back at the scheduled time. My advice if you need to rent anything go elsewhere the people that work there are two-faced nice to buy but if you have problems they try to push their weight around.

We had a wonderful experience with this company. We had been looking for a rental for over two months and found some homes that we liked but the application process was very cumbersome. Dealing with this organization was very professional and we feel we were treated with a great deal of experience and passion during a stressful time.

Got an ac from there and it didnt even have the right screws plus not enough screws amazing staff tho they are very friendly and nice but they dont check their stuff before they send it out if you rent from here make sure you have them check to see if every part is there
