Muy mal servicio. Hace un mes compre todo lo de la casa, juego de sala, comedor, juego de cuarto y una mesa para el televisor.(cash) Algunas piezas tardaron en llegar 3 semanas, cuando en el momento que las compre me dijeron que llegarían en varios días. Dos de las piezas vinieron con damage. Btw Nunca me llamaron, siempre era yo y soy yo quien llamaba para darle seguimiento y hoy día sigo igual ya que la cama vino con damage y aún no la han cambiado. Todas las semanas llamo al gerente, José Maldonado quien nunca se ha comunicado conmigo a pesar de prometerlo y todas las semanas me dice lo mismo: sorry, para la semana que viene. Le pedí hablar con un supervisor de el y su contestación fue que era el y nadie más, le preguntó si es el dueño de la mueblería y dice que no, que es su hermano pero no está disponible, so que tiene que ser todo con el. Entiendo que hay cosas que no están en las manos de el, pero la comunicación es bien importante. No lo recomiendo para nada. MUY MAL SERVICIO.

Employees post adds on FB and when I asked for products info all the say is "come visit us at...." I live 45 to 55 mins away from the store, I wanted to make sure they have what Im looking for before making the trip. Then somebody else or maybe the same associate replied from their business FB page saying the will provide the info I was requesting and never did. What kind of customer service is that? Congrats! You just lost another customer!

Excellent Costumer Service, Im very pleased with them, I had a very wonderful experience buying here, my new furnitures looks beautiful and they are excellent quality. I love them. They even help me with the decorations. Everything looks awesome, like magazine. They have Great Prices and Deals. The Delivery was great, the guys where very nice and helpful. I will Definitely come back again :)
